Despite the crowd and apparent understaffing, my recent visit to Chili’s was still quite decent. The menu offered a variety of options, and the food quality remained consistent. While service was a bit slower than usual due to the busy environment, the staff remained attentive and apologetic. The bustling atmosphere seemed to reflect the restaurant’s popularity, and despite the challenges, they managed to provide an enjoyable dining experience.

Our server was gilbert and he was so amazing! Titos watermelon spritz was the drink of the month and it was so good, i aslo had the sangria swirl and it was so delicious. those drinks will have me going back every weekend! the philly cheese steak was a hit.

Took my son here for his 6th birthday. He’s obsessed with chilis and picked it himself. Angel was so great she took care of about 12 of us and everything was perfect. She sang to my son and made sure he had the best time. ❤️❤️ we come here all the time, but I’m extra thankful Angel was our server tonight and made my sons birthday special ❤️

I don’t usually write reviews but this place has gone so far downhill.. we just left restaurants and our food was horrible. My husband got a ribeye and was so over cooked and was literally gray. Horrible. Then he got a beer off draft and was flat and disgusting. I got fajitas and they were not sizzle and room temperature. Our waitress was okay. Didn’t ask if the steak were cooked correctly, has to ask for more water and never really checked on us to see how our food was. For our bill to be over $100 with terrible food and service..

Sometimes the food at these casual cafés are hit or miss. This time was a hit. The classic ribeye was on target. Cooked the way I ordered with added sauted mushrooms and onions. No need for steak sauce. Serving temp of the food was good to the last bite. I’m always pleased with the service at most chili’s.

Chilis has good food at a very good price. I love their burger with the chili sauce on it. However, this location is very dirty. When you walk in it doesn’t smell fresh and clean. We were seated at a dirty table and the waitress had to clean it when taking our drink order. The floor was dirty as well. It just made me wonder how dirty the kitchen was since the tables were so gross. The servers are nice and have great customer service but the place needs to be deep cleaned

We always have a good experience here. We were sat immediately and had a very friendly waitress. The food was relatively good, husband got brisket and ribs he loved the ribs brisket not so much said it was over done and dry. I ordered mango chicken with shrimp, loved it. Kids got pizza, burger bites and quesadillas for the youngest. The quesadilla was a lil hard on the edges but he didnt seem to mind. Will definitely return.

We had not eaten at a Chili’s in at least a decade when we decided to pop in for lunch last week. I ordered the brisket hamburger and my partner ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. This was by far the worst food we’ve had in a very long time. My brisket burger had absolutely no flavor, the french fries were cold and soggy, My partner said his chicken sandwich was cold and very undercooked. Our waitress never came back to the table to check on us, and we eventually had to ask the hostess to get our check for us. We definitely will never go back to this Chili’s.
