Delivery from DoorDash. Food arrived hot, but this is the WORST FOOD I’ve had in a long time (including fast food restaurants). For fried foods, the oil tastes like it hasn’t been changed in months (I ordered plain boneless chicken wings for my dog. I didn’t feed them to her. That’s how bad they were tonight). Ordered 2 orders of “sizzling apple pie”, and got two small soggy cups of apples with soggy crumbs. For $9.20 per soggy cup, mind you. It’s a Monday, roughly after 7pm when I ordered. I know the restaurant, and know it’s not busy at this time. Absolutely NO EXCUSE for the disgusting food that was delivered. This Applebee’s has gone down hard in the last year. Don’t waste your money!

We went to Applebee’s tonight for dinner, my sister purchased us a 50 dollar gift card for Christmas with two 10 dollar bonus cards and this is our second time using our gift card with a balance on it. We used one 10 dollar bonus card but the waiter didn’t put the 10 dollar bonus card on our balance, I don’t know what she did with it but we paid way more than we needed to pay and gave her a great tip, the Q cheeseburger was OK, the suggestion I have for that is, put the cheese on the side and not in the skillet with the burger, the fries was soggy and the burger was stuck to the skillet burned. No thank you for the service today. I will choose to go somewhere else in the future.

We were looking for somewhere to stop by for a quick bite for dinner and found this little gem.
I honestly was expecting anything out of the ordinary, but the grilled chicken served at this Applebee’s location is the best I’ve had at any restaurant or fast food restaurant.
I’m not sure if it’s the same grilled chicken made at every location but it was amazing and perfect. Balanced with taste, texture, etc.

I ordered a to-go meal from Applebee’s and was super disappointed this time around. I got the BOGO wings deal—boneless garlic parmesan and bone-in wings—and it just wasn’t worth the $17 (including tax). The garlic parm boneless wings barely had any garlic flavor. It literally looked like plain boneless wings with cold shredded cheese thrown on top. No sauce, no real flavor. The only thing that saved them was ranch, but the ranch was so watery and came in such a small cup, I ran through it after just 3 wings and had to use my own.
Also, paying $17 for 9 bone-in wings with no side or drink is wild. At that price, I could’ve gotten a full 12-piece meal with fries and a drink somewhere else.
Another issue: I placed my order at 3:35 and it said it would be ready by 3:55. I didn’t get my food until 4:20. Every single time I order to-go from Applebee’s, I end up waiting in my car for 20+ minutes. The app just says to pull into a spot. I doesn’t say I need to call or contact anyone, but it does leave contact options just in case. They should definitely add an “I’m here” button in the app. It would make pickup way smoother because nobody ever comes out unless I call, and that part gets frustrating.
The customer service from the workers was actually good once I got my food, but everything else needs improvement. My food is usually solid and reasonably priced, but this time was a letdown.
I don’t think i’ll be returning to this establishment until they make adjustments.

We stopped for lunch after shopping across the road. The food was excellent and Myia was an excellent server.
He had a chicken tender salad and I had Grilled Chicken Breast w mash potatoes & green beans. They were awesome, & in good size portions.

I went to eat here a couple days ago Friday evening just to get out have a couple drinks and enjoy good meal while game was on. Food came out cold it was clear it wasn’t fresh. (I work in a restaurant) also I got 3 shots of SMIRNOFF VODKA they were $8 a piece ??? The entire bottle is $18. Not to mention I asked the price of the margaritas and the other “nice looking” drinks they have which were between $6-8. I then asked my waitress if they did shots assuming the one shot would be less then making an entire drink which INCLUDES the shot. I got an appetizer for 14.99 ended up spending $50 on an appetizer and 3-4 shots Smdh. Won’t be going back to that location and it’s dirty. But I will say THE PEOPLE working are really nice people. But the cold food and pricey shots turned me off.

I arrived and was seated and the host didn’t give me a menu or anything. She then went inside and came back out with two females with menus for them and everything. Then someone came out to take their order as if I wasn’t here first and sitting. I hope it wasn’t because I’m black and they’re white. I do know it was very rude because my money spends just like theirs. My food came out cold I told the waitress and she acted shocked.
