Have visited this place many times and normally get a cheeseburger, and it never disappoints. The food always comes out hot, fresh, and made just the way I like it. Chili’s has a good consistency to it & you know what you’re going to get, and they deliver every time.
The service has always been solid here. The staff is friendly, quick to check in, and they make sure you have everything you need without hovering. Even on busy days, they keep things moving and still manage to be attentive. It’s clear they take pride in giving customers a good experience.
The restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is relaxed, and it’s one of those places where you can sit back, enjoy your meal, and not feel rushed. Whether it’s a quick stop or a longer sit-down, the experience is consistently good.
Overall, this Chili’s has been reliable in both food and service, and that’s why I keep coming back. Great hospitality and great comfort food every time.

Our server was genuinely kind and the type of person who makes you feel like you’re being taken care of rather than rushed. They checked in at the right times, kept our drinks full, and made sure everything came out the way we wanted. You can tell when someone actually enjoys their job, and that’s the vibe they gave off.
The food was solid and came out hot, fresh, and surprisingly fast. Everything tasted exactly how you hope Chili’s will taste comforting, seasoned well, and consistent. The atmosphere felt relaxed, and even though it was a little busy, it never felt overwhelming.
What stood out most was the combination of good service and good food. It just made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable. Sometimes you go to a place expecting something basic, and you end up getting a really warm experience instead. Loved every bit of it!

I came here with my family for my birthday, in early February this year 2026, and Tyrone helped us again and he’s the BEST waiter ever! I felt like I was being helped by a best friend or a very close relative! He’s so kind and very attentive! This is also the second time he helped us, and both times his customer service was PERFECT!! The food and birthday dessert was really good as well! Mozzarella sticks..more like giant battered squares with mozzarella cheese inside, WOW, very good and very impressive! Also, I tried their BIG bacon cheeseburger meal for the first time and that was so good as well! And the literal icing on the cake, I had birthday ice cream with fudge, and it was delicious and I shared it with my 8 year old son! Will DEFINITELY keep coming back!!

Man this may be the best chilis in Texas hands down. Food was great and served fresh off the grill and out the fryer. But my server, Jay, got me messed up. Man I couldn’t even ask for nothing. Jay was on top of it. Then he had the nerve to be friendly, attentive, and courteous. I don’t know where they found this guy at but they have a true gem. Jay is who every server in the food industry should be like. He loves his job and he loves people. Thank you.

Used to be a great place. Everything seems turned around and messed up recently. They packed everyone in one area, while other 80% of restaurant was empty. Reason, they’re short staffed. Device on table was never cleaned, we can see oil and finger prints on those. Food served really cold, including French fries and wings. Had to get those replaced.
Update:
On recent visit (Apr 2024), service improvement really surprised us. Server frequently checked on and provided very timely service. All service staffs were friendly and attentive. Menu items are changed, of course more expensive.

Great food and great service. The menu has changed again at Chilis so many different items and several old ones gone. The burgers have changed again also.

Dinner was delicious. Two of my faves right now are the white cheddar mac and cheese and the philly. Hubby tried the new bacon rancher burger and he really enjoyed it. Service was good and food came out pretty fast. It was a great time and we always go back to Chili’s.
