Great service and yummy good. I had the Trio dip with chips. That skillet queso is incredible. Guacamole was a little chunky for my liking but flavor was on point. I also got the triple dipper and it was so much good. Good portions to take leftovers home for another meal. Overall get place to come and there is somwthing for everybody. The service was amazing as well.

Just a good experience overall. After being stuck at home for the better part of a week due to an ice storm, my wife and I wanted to get out, have dinner and a couple of drinks. Not wanting fast food, or to venture downtown, we decided on Chili’s.. decent variety and drinks, plus its ten minutes from the house.. we were met at the door by the hostess who was pleasant and welcoming and seated immediately. Our server, Jett(hopefully spelled correctly), was at our service immediately, warm, friendly, and kept us in drinks and was very attentive but not overly intrusive, extremely fast with all requests and everything was spot on. I went for the Surf and Turf and they delivered.. steak was perfectly cooked to medium rare, shrimp was nicely seasoned, steamed broccoli was nice and tender and not overcooked, potatoes were as described. My wife’s order was spot on as well. The drinks were mixed well, not weak and not overpowering, spot on. Friendly warm atmosphere.

Our server, Caulen, was very responsive. He made sure we always had our drinks filled and made sure we were updated on the status of our order. He made sure we were taken care of. His positive and upbeat disposition really set the mood for our dinner! And what a lovely dinner it was! The chefs did amazing! I loved the new chicken bacon ranch nachos! And mom got the shrimp Cajun pasta, which was phenomenal!

My wife and I were celebrating our 4 year dating anniversary, we’d had other plans, hibachi or Texas Roadhouse. On a whim I’d mentioned not going to Chili’s in a while. We live in Sherman, TX but Fridays we babysit for friends in Durant. I told her let’s just go to the Chili’s in Durant and I’m very glad we did. Jett took such amazing care of us on February 20th 2026. We told her she may have been the best server we’ve had at any eatery in our 4 years together. That woman deserves ALL the raises!! She was very friendly, kept the drinks filled and even had great recommendations, like ordering dessert closer to the end of our meal to make sure it was fresh. Way to go, Jett! You’re simply amazing

Order hot wings she brought bbq I’m literally allergic to something in bbq so I would never order that she thought I did. I told her it’s ok kept the wings I didn’t eat them. I literally took them to my kids at home, asked her three times for a beer. She didn’t bring me my beer had to go to the bar myself. She avoided my table. I don’t know why I wasn’t being rude to her. I was so nice to her still left her a $15 tip.

We had my sister birthday party there and the waitress was great she was nice, fast and made sure our drinks were good. Food was good and margaritas were delicious!! I did make a reservation, they had our table ready for us on time. (It was a Sunday evening)

I have a problem getting my salad about one minute before my meal gets there. I love eating a salad but hate eating cold food. So I paid for something somewhere that I’m not going to enjoy. I left 90% of my salad and the hamburger bun on the bottom was burnt. I don’t think I’ll be giving this one. I try again

Kyleigh & Jake are amazing! Jett is always so attentive to everyone’s needs. We always have an awesome experience at Chili’s. Our servers are always attentive and friendly, and the food came out exactly as ordered. The atmosphere was comfortable, as usual!
