⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great stop in Atoka!
Fantastic service and delicious food — everything came out hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the location couldn’t be better for travelers. Easy on and off the highway with plenty of room for trailers or RVs. Definitely one of the best Chili’s experiences we’ve had on the road! ️

Well, where to begin? Family waited for quite some some time to be seated and actually had to wave someone down.
When we were finally greeted it was not friendly. In fact, the young lady who came to the hostess stand looked as though she hates life. Begrudgenly she led us to our seat.
Once seated we waited approximately 15min before anyone came to ask us about a drink order. After finally getting our drinks and waiting a while longer our appetizer and food order were eventually taken.
Sitting here at our table for nearly an hour we just received some chips and salsa. No offer to refill drinks, or tend to anything we may have wanted or needed, (we don’t want or need anything at this point) we still have yet to receive the appetizer ordered and no sign of our food.
While it’s understandable there will be delays when busy, this is unacceptable!
The whole experience has been disappointing. We have all had a long day and we’re ready to eat and relax. I suppose we’ll do that elsewhere next time.

We were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked through the door and seated right away. Our waiter came over to our table as soon as we sat down and asked what we wanted to drink. After she took our order our food was ready in about 10 minutes and it was delicious and hot.

First review: I’ll take the L for not actually cutting into my steak (as they requested). A medium rare order came out medium well to well done. My fault for not checking while the person was here.
Also, apparently Chili’s prepares steaks on a flat griddle now instead of a grill. That’ll be the last steak I ever eat at a Chili’s. If I wanted a Waffle House steak, that would have been a cheaper mistake.
I took three bites and left the entire meal.
Margaritas were solid.
Hostess was very pleasant.
Headed out to grab McDonald’s

Cajun pasta was great. Drinks were solid. Amber the bartender was attentive and had the perfect approach. Glad I came back.
Still don’t trust the griddle steak, but I appreciate the rest of the menu

We are new to the area and chilis is one of the closest restaurants to us. We have been here several times since we moved here in May.
Every single visit, whether it’s dine in or pick up, this location gives us consistently good food at a good price.
We have had really great service every time we have dined in.

Waiter was wonderful! Appetizer and drinks were delicious. All was wonderful until we seen a cockroach crawling on the wall next to where we were setting. We grabbed our things and left.

10/25/24. Glad Chili’s is open late. We had a very long day at work and worked late looking 4 a place to grab dinner. We got here around 10:15 pm the staff was cleaning up most of the restaurant. We were able to get a table and order some dinner. The Brisket buger was delicious and it came with fries.

Ordered to-go fajitas and a burger with fries. The fajita meat has no color and is rubbery; the fajita vegetables have obviously never been on grill either; seems like it was all microwaved and just doused with pepper (no other flavor at all).
Got corn on the cob instead of fries with burger and old lettuce. Burger burnt and dried out.
Worst part is when I Called to let a manager know what happened, telling them I wasn’t coming back or anything, just wanted to let them know so someone else doesn’t get such a messed up order, and after I politely told her what was wrong with the order, her answer was “All right,” and then silence. No sorry, no I’ll talk to kitchen, just all right. So, bad food and poor customer service; very disappointed and won’t be back

If I could give them a zero I would. This is the worst Chili’s restaurant I’ve ever been to. The waitress was the rudest freaking waitress I’ve ever had in my life. Save yourself to trouble and don’t go here.

Our server had a friendly personality. Kept our drinks always full.

Lobby was clean.
