Stopped by one night for dinner. I got the classic sirloin, white cheddar macaroni and broccoli. I ordered my steak medium rare and I think they did medium well instead. It wasn’t inedible, actually very good, but I would have preferred it less cooked. Hubs got the honey chipotle crispy chicken sandwich. He said sauce was really good, with a kick of spice.

We had such a wonderful experience at Chili’s today, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server, Eric! From the moment we were seated, Eric was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. He checked in on us just the right amount, made sure our drinks were always full, and handled everything with such a positive attitude. You can tell he truly cares about his guests and takes pride in providing great service. He made our meal relaxing and enjoyable, and honestly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Use to love Chilis but they are doing the same thing that lots of chain restaurants are doing. And I’d rather eat at home.
When you look at the menu changes… its really a replacement of things that had to be cooked, with things that come premade and prepackaged.
I would be shocked if their southwest queso has any actual cheese in it. It taste like a simple sauce that has cheese food substance in it.
The mac and cheese that they bragged about on the menu insert, was mid at best. I will say that a good example of the issue with queso is best illustrated with the mac and cheese.
Both the queso and the cheese sauce in the mac and cheese, are SUPPOSED to be the same substance, but the had completely different textures, one… had what I would call a cheese like texture.
Pretty sure that the southwest queso rang up as 11.99 on my check but was 10.49 on the menu, and I didn’t complain because the whole freaking meal with tip was almost $90 for 3 people and my issue will be best rectified by never going to a chilis again.
You can tell the people were awesome. But as awesome as they were, a restaurant is supposed to make good food. They made quick premade stuff that you’d find comparable food at the frozen section of your supermarket.
Thats a corporate decision.

Went on a Thursday evening and its wasn’t too packed but it was hustling for sure. Despite this, my server, Gerardo, was amazing. He asked plenty of times whether if anything was okay or for additional requests, he’s very attentive and allowed for a comfortable environment. I normally don’t like servers but Gerardo was exceptional. Food came out fast and fresh, burgers were the size of my head and amazing.

I was waited on by Eric, and he made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. He was very attentive, gave amazing suggestions, and made our drinks which were all delicious. The restaurant is very well kept and the food was hot and excellent. Ordered the chicken tenders(4) with nashville sauce and honey chipotle. It comes with 2 sides where I selected fries and corn on the cob. Very good service first of all. The tenders were big enough but missed the spice and kick. Overall, I would rate it as average.

We are visiting family and decided to get something to eat right after our nieces soccer game. This was close and had. O waiting. Food was ok , the usual franchise meal. But service was great, staff was welcoming, service was fast. Thr restaurant was clean. Our server stopped by multiple times to ask if we needed anything else. Atmosphere and music was just right.

had a horrible experience here. service was subpar and we could not get a server to come by our table. food took longer than it should have for a slow sunday evening (30 minutes for appetizers, another 30 minutes after that for entrees). our appetizers were cold when they got to us and multiple dishes were forgotten. when we got entrees, none of them were given to the right person and it took all of us another few minutes to get our plates sorted to the correct people. when paying- it was a nightmare. all of the kiosks were glitching& broken so many of us were charged 2 or 3 times. the manager kept saying that we had to keep trying to pay again because the payments weren’t loading on their end, but our bank accounts and cashapp accounts had been charged multiple times. we were not given refunds or any help from the managers. for a chilis, this was a horrible experience. a restaurant like this should be an easy place to go and i don’t expect the service of a steakhouse- but this was unbelievably bad. this became an almost 3 hour affair and it was beyond stressful. i’ve worked in many restaurants so i have a long line of patience with these things and understand hiccups but this was sooo bad. i’ll never be coming back lmao we just wanted our triple dippers
