We hadn’t been to Chili’s in quite some time. We typically like to eat at local places, but we were meeting a friend from out ot town near his hotel on the far side of town from where we live. We were pleasantly surprised. The prices are certainly reasonable and the food and drinks were really good. The service was exceptional! If we were in that part of town and found ourselves hungry, we would definitely go back.

My partner and I went on a date last night here. Our sodas were fresh and actually tasty, not watered down or weird syrupy taste. Our food was great, and it arrived quickly. Our waitress was also very friendly and attentive. We will definitely make this location our go to Chili’s ️.

Super disappointed in this location. We had an AWFUL experience (inedible takeout) and I will say they were fairly quick to make things right… however they have only reconfirmed for me that this is not the best option for when I want Chilis.
All I wanted to do was use the eBOG card that was sent to me after our initial problem a few weeks ago, but they make it nearly impossible. After 3 attempts including 2 phone calls I ended up just saying forget it! The staff is not well versed in how to proceed with using one and only made it complicated.
Really hoping I can use this at a different location.

Awesome experience! The manager was super attentive to my food allergies. The waiter was also extremely attentive, super nice, and did a wonderful job with our table of 12. The food was great! Thanks, guys 🙂

We ordered the Ultimate Cajun Pasta but it had no Cajun spice at all, which was very disappointing. The food came out warm, not hot. Even the fried mozzarella was only warm when it came out. Service was great from both our server and the bartender.

Tuesday at noon we were seated immediately upon entering. The southwest queso was almost tasteless weird yellow cheese product. I would pass on it next time. The Cajun chicken pasta was not as good as I remember, but it was still tasty. The garlic bread had a bit of char to it, but overall it was ok. I would return.

VERY Disappointed in the to go service. Wanted the guiltless chicken but was told they no longer serve that. (Called back after my experience to find out they do)
Was told all they have is Margarita chicken. I said I don’t want anything on it. Just a grilled chicken breast. When I get home it has all kinds of seasoning/other things on it.
Clean as much of it off as I can only to discover the chicken is hard as a hockey puck. It is burnt (see picture).
How does someone send this out.

Server was in hurry to see my daughter and her friend leave. Both had finished band practice with the pride of Broke Arrow. They only had time to eat their fries and bought rest of food home. My kid drives a bmw and is not broke and even tipped the rude waitress $4. I wouldnt have. Her and her friend did some of their homework while there as she’s a budding doctor and during the bums rush, mixed up their lab research. In these tough times I thought restaurants liked customers? Maybe not all of them.

We had fajitas for two. It was delicious!!! The server was polite and attentive. They also have a really good burger selection!
