There was hair deep fried into one of the Chicken Crispers I ordered today for lunch. The hair was long and went down the entire side of chicken tender. Absolutely disgusting. Never again Chili’s! I don’t care how delicious the Southwestern Egg rolls are.

The food was good. Had the new chili’s Philly. Needed a little more meat to be honest. The service was great! Only thing I was turned off about was that the menus look like they have never been clean. They were super funky.

We called ahead because we had a group of 20 looking for a place to eat. The manager told us to come on, they had room for us. We arrived and they had our tablets all set up. The waiters were great and were able to take care of everything we needed. The food came out quickly and was great. Great job!

The food was great ..I dont like being sround alot of people so a lady came by && asked if me && my gf were okay && i felt uncomfortable & wanted to change seats . A table of 6 sat in front of us it was 2 adults 1 teen && 3 kids . The little girl was staring at me while digging in her nose so i wanted to trade cause i couldnt eat my food & almost lost my appetite . The other server was very understanding ,i wish i couldve found her to tip her . As far as my server he wasn’t helpful at all .

It was a nice meal. The white spinach cheese dip is really good but needs thicker chips.. the chips they use are brittle thin, so it can not be eaten as dip. It tasted good tho. Service was good. Love the 2 person booths. Price was not bad. Fries were great and the burger was good.

Nick and Nick were lovely servers!! The food was predictable and dependable. The hostess, though, sat us at a VERY wobbly, sticky table with trash and crumbs still on it. She didn’t apologize or try to tidy the table. After several minutes, we changed tables to a table right next to us, which also was dirty and sticky, but not wobbly. Luckily, I carry Clorox wipes and I was able to wipe it down for my family. When I informed the hostess of the change and the reason, she said, “Yeah, that table is really bad.” Then why did she seat us there? Or not try to make it right? That was very frustrating!

Ion was our waiter and he was absolutely fantastic. He made us feel welcomed during the whole time we were there. The food was really good. The molten cake was so so good. Enjoyed it from the moment we sat down until we left the restaurant.
