It was above average but not excellent. The staff were friendly, the food was very good, and the atmosphere was pleasant enough but the food did take a long time and the service was so slow. It was as if the staff were stretched thin. My two daughters and I went around 7pm on a Monday, 3 days before Christmas so they were pretty busy but not on a wait. The waitress was very kind and respectful to my kids which always goes a long way with me. With what we got, including desert, the bill was a modest price and the server told us about a rewards program which was a nice gesture. Overall good dining experience.

Restaurant was not busy in the slightest, took 5 minutes for anyone to attend to us at the hostess stand after a minimum of 4 employees made eye contact and continued walking. Sat at the table for 12 minutes, without anyone coming to take orders, even drinks. As we were walking out, 5 waitresses were all just standing around the host stand talking, and not one of them even acknowledge our group leaving after no one waited on us. Will not be returning, and recommending the same to others. Terrible service all around.

Update-stopped in and as expected, great service. Addy was great and the GM was awesome!!! Check the pics. It was a vibe. The steak was delish, but my broccoli was a little hard. Overall still pretty good. Stop in.

I used the app to place my order and Chili’s offered freshly made, hot, and ready at the time stated in the app. The restaurant was a relaxing atmosphere. While the customer service is average, the flavorful food makes up for it, ensuring an enjoyable meal.

My family and I met here for a bite. Our waitress was Addison. I always get sprite with strawberries or sweet tea with strawberries. The drink was bitter. I was told by her that Sprite is not sweet Mind you, my great-nieces ordered Sprite drinks and they were sweet. She then started touching the ring in her nose, her ear, and mouth. I lost my appetite and gave my food away. Next time I visit, I’ll encourage my sister to cook. Not pleased

I was seated right away when I entered the restaurant. The restaurant was not busy but no one ever came to serve us. We weren’t even offered a glass of water. It was like we were invisible. We walked out and all the hostess had to say was “sorry about that” with a smirk on her face. like it was no big deal. My granddaughter really wanted to eat at Chili’s that’s why we waited so long.

Yes, the Secret Sauce Burger that I ordered was so good. The fries were hot. The atmosphere was great. My server was ok to look at. However, she had no recommendations. We went for the 3 for me and ended up with a tab of over $50. It was 2 of us, we had 7 full drinks on the table. Maybe it’s me, but I feel like she could have made recommendations with my order instead of having such waste.
