We arrived and was seated immediately. Then we sat and waited for over 10 minutes for a server. The guy that was supposed to help us didn’t want to serve us apparently. One of his other tables was also waiting for him to get back.
Then Blaine stepped up and took over our table. He did a killer job and was so much more helpful. He was pleasant, quick, and just an amazing server.
He took an upsetting visit and turned it around for our family to one that was fun and wonderful!

I’ve had better service at a cemetery. Place was 1/8 full and the customers were turned away at the door due to “staffing issues.”
Food was decent but the bar service was lacking. Bar girl was like a ghost. Stay away unless you have 2 + hours to kill.

I was a frequent customer many years back but things were different then. It wasn’t until recently when my daughter and I decided to give it a try again about 2 weeks ago that came back.
We are so glad that we did. In our past two visits to restaurant our servers (Shac and Shaunda) completely blew our minds with the amazing attention to detail to service, while waiting on us. Shac’s high sense of anticipating our needs before we even asked was truly an amazing feat to witness. Evermore, the drink server arrived on precision with the timing of our order.
Shaunda’s willingness to make things right for her customers was amazing. Although, we were seated by the kitchen and bathroom area, we were able to observe and hear the team working and vibin together to fulfill the orders that were coming in. ( that warmed my heart to see)
The harmony that unfolded in the kitchen shows a sense of love for what they do and it also shows in the dishes. I had an opportunity to meet with manager on duty, Lisa. She stated, “That she and the other amazing managers she works with strive to support, encourage, and lead their team in a way that customers feel loved in every dish that comes to the table. Evenmore, they wanted to exemplifiy a level of care that our area (New Iberia) would be proud to have apart of the community.
I am happy to say that they have won me over and I am even more proud to say they are apart of our community.

Riley absolutely exceeded my expectations! From start to finish, the service was top-tier—friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. You can tell Riley truly cares about both the food and the people being served.
What really stood out was the customer service. Riley made the entire experience feel welcoming and personal, which is rare these days. If you’re looking for someone who delivers quality, consistency, and great vibes along with great food, Riley is the one. I will 100% be coming back and recommending to everyone I know!

Ever since Chili’s has been under new management it has improved TREMENDOUSLY! I always always recommend this place now. The food always comes out PERFECT (EVEN THE STEAK). The servers are also phenomenal, very accommodating & do everything in their power to make sure you’re satisfied with your food. I love it here this is my go to spot for my daughter and i, the southwest eggrolls are our favorite!

Riley was an amazing server! She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out exactly right. Our drinks stayed full, food was hot and fresh, and the service was quick without feeling rushed. Riley really made our Chili’s experience enjoyable. Definitely hope to have them again!

My husband had the chicken pasta and I had the chicken and shrimp pasta, we also had the southwest egg rolls. When I tell you it was seasoned so well, believe me. The drinks were pretty good too, and our waiter Tiffany was awesome also. We’ll definitely be back.

The place was dead. As soon as we walked in we were seated I think by I don’t know maybe a kitchen worker she said your server will be right with you and then left. We waited about 15 minutes. The people at the bar looked at us when we were there, about 20 minutes later, I get up to go to the bar to get someone’s attention to let them know that we had been waiting to bartenders look at me. She was super apologetic and gave us a rundown of the whole environment and staff she gave us complementary chips and salsa and continue to Apologize if she wouldn’t have been so nice and cordial we would’ve left. We were already talking about leaving. The food was good came out, hot and fresh so not really any complaints there although the presentation of my burger which was a Texas rancher, the presentation could’ve been a bit Better.
