What a great dining experience this evening at Chili’s Grill & Bar!
I’ve been to several Chili’s locations across Louisiana and Texas, and this one was by far the BEST so far. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and seated quickly.
Monique (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) was energetic, friendly, and took excellent care of us. Leslie, the GM, personally came by to greet us and asked if we needed anything — which really stood out. About seven minutes after placing our order, Monique assured us our food would be out in less than ten minutes… and she was right on time! Leslie even brought our food to the table.
The restaurant was clean, inviting, and had a great atmosphere. My son and I both ordered the Triple Dipper, and the food was fantastic — fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious.
Thank you, Leslie and Monique, for such a wonderful dining experience. We will definitely be back!

-10 stars. Pick-up order yesterday, food was just thrown in box. Ranch had a fry in it. Called for manager no response. I had nothing with fries and tenders seemed refried. Definitely not going back.

Got there at 7 told us it was a 30 minute wait just for them to serve 3 people that walked in after us. Came in at 7:40 and was told they forgot about us, sat down and the waitress never came and introduced herself, she just threw a plate of chips and salsa on the table. 8:30 came and we still were never asked for drinks or If we were ready to order.

The food was good for what you would expect from a Chilis but the service was absolutely awful. Not only were they rude they were not attentive at all. There were so many people waiting for their orders they had some waiting outside at some point. A lot of these people were not happy too. Turns out a lot of orders were just sitting on a rack. I would be surprised if a manager was on the clock with the way they were acting. As someone who works in service this would have gotten me fired immediately, it is completely unacceptable. They had one girl with long dark brown hair get in a man’s face with attitude unwarranted and another one ignore a woman who had been calling the store to find out if they were serving . There was also a girl who I assume was off the clock go into the back and had everyone hopping and hollering. I hope this gets taken care of in the future and have these workers start taking their job more seriously.

The last 5 times I’ve been to this Chili’s location in the past year I’ve had to send my food back.
Whoever is the grill master needs to be fired expeditiously. They can’t make a steak to temperature to save their lives.

Service was okay. It was my friend birthday and she got her meal before appetizer. The whole table got their food at different times and they didn’t sing the birthday song to her. Some people in our party got their drinks at the same time as food.

Chili’s restaurant provided us with a delightful dining experience during our stop on the way to Atlanta. We opted for the Cajun pasta (no meat) with penne in Alfredo sauce, which was an excellent choice for vegetarians. The dish was bursting with flavors, thanks to the perfect blend of chile spices, Parmesan, tomatoes, and green onions. The penne pasta was cooked to perfection, and the Alfredo sauce was creamy and indulgent.
We also tried the Mushroom Swiss Burger with a Vegetarian Black Bean patty, and it exceeded our expectations. The patty was flavorful and had a nice texture, complemented by the earthy mushrooms and melted Swiss cheese. The burger was served with a side of crispy fries that were seasoned just right.

I assume they were short staffed, and I could tell the frustration from the hostess. We did have to wait at least 10 mins before getting a table. It was very busy, several tables were empty but the ones that had customers, there were groups of them. The kitchen seemed behind as well. The food was good though, it just took a while for us to sit, get food and leave. They were trying their best to stay on top of it, but like everywhere in customer service, it is hard to find and keep a good staff. I got the Margarita grilled chicken. It may have taken a little time to get our food, but when we did, at least it was hot.

I almost feel bad giving a 1 star because I had 10 years experience working/managing at restaurants, but this Chili’s has fallen off bad. I have gone to this location throughout my life (grew up in the area) and my recent visit was the worst going to a restaurant can be. Family of 4, had an app and each had a meal. Was told my children’s food would come out first. My wife’s pasta came out 2 minutes after the order was placed, and had a squirt of mayo on the rim. The app came out 10 minutes after, my ribs came out about another 8 minutes after that with my children’s meals coming out last about another 5 minutes. My server seemed to purposely avoid coming to our table multiple times and the manager looked at me, I raised my hand to call for some refills and he walked away. after paying on the tablet we waited 27 minutes for to go boxes. Bill was $110 (without alcohol) for 1 app, a pasta, a half rack of ribs with half chicken quesadilla, and two kids chicken tender meals. For comparison we had an app and each a meal at both katsu and uncle t’s and those bills were $74 and $83 for both significantly better food and service. I’ve tried to defend this chili’s in the past but never again…

Our Server Greg was Awesome. One of the best we have experienced in a long time at any restaurant. The Food was OK but we didn’t care for the newer menu and lack of choices compared to the older menu. The food wasn’t as tasty as previous visits but it was OK. The Service was outstanding.
