Ordered online and it was touchy….watch your totals 20% tips are automatically added… I like to tip accordingly…some higher some lower. Anyway,
I went to pick it up and Will was attentive. I got home and unfortunately one meal was missing! So then I had to drive back up and go get it. Not like it’s all that close or convenient. I get there and Will is nice and brings up the manger. I didn’t get her name but she was very kind and she comped out the meal. I thought it was very nice of them. Now onto the food…it was sooo flavorful, fresh and hot!! Will definitely be back and I’ll do a better job verifying I have all my good before I leave!!

From the moment we walked to the door our service began! Two kind gentleman Taryn and Justin held the door open for us as we entered the building. We walked in to see smiling staff eager to serve. The atmosphere felt warm, inviting, and comfortable! We were sat by our waiter Sam and he took absolute care of us. His style of service was very fun and relatable. We built rapport, joked, laughed, stuffed our faces with delicious food and drinks and enjoyed ourselves. Shout out to Justin for help with our media content!!! Overall and outstanding experience. Best customer service I’ve seen in years!

Our server was awesome. As busy as it was, we never asked for a refill he was on top of it. Over all we will be going back. We ordered Bacon chicken ranch nacho, Bacon chicken quesadilla, and a Bacon cheese burger, and the appetizer the cheese sticks that has the honey Chipotle around it. OMG Amazing…we definitely, we’ll be going back.

My family comes here almost every week, and it’s always an amazing experience! The food is consistently delicious, and the atmosphere is so inviting. The staff is always attentive and welcoming. Specifically, Taylor, our server/bartender, is absolutely wonderful — always friendly, attentive, and makes every visit feel special. We always look forward to seeing Taylor and enjoying another great meal! I highly recommend visiting this location if you’re looking for great food and even better service!

The GM Susan is Top Notch!
I am gluten free, which makes it hard to order food as you can guess. I asked if there was an option to change out the salad/quesadillas for chips or fries. I also asked if the tortillas strips were gluten free. She said she didn’t think they were, so she went above and beyond. She made special tortillas chips with seasoning for my salad. Then she also went as far as making me little mini queadaillas with the actual chips! I was just so happy to see that she cared enough to go above and beyond to make my salad even better. Thank you Susan. You made my whole day. Its amazing service and caring like this that will keep my business. I will happily spread the word how Susan the GM cared enough to be extra for her customers! You rock!

Our server olivia was fine at first i understand forgetting drinks im a server myself i went for my husbands birthday to celebrate so it was supposed to be a good time, our food was fine but she left for about 5-10minutes after a while that our food came out didn’t ask to refill drinks i asked her to pick up plates that were done with and mean mugged and sighed hard i understand if your having a rough night but she wasn’t treating us nice at all. I had mentioned for her to just forget it and just leave the plates their that her job is to pick it up and after that she kind of calmed down but everytime she came to our table it was no smiles since the beginning while the other tables kept getting check up regularly and smiles. i loved going to that specific chilis because it had good service but tonight wasn’t it. we didn’t even get to cut the cake at all or enjoy it there had to take it home and do it there.

We had a great experience at this Chilis! Our server and kitchen staff were fantastic with the particulars of our orders as a table. I ordered the lunch combo with Chips and Salsa and the Chipotle Chicken Fresh Mex bowl. Another Chilis location in city drenched the entire meal in the sauce and it ruined the other flavors in the bowl, so I asked our server to say light on the dressing, the staff put it on the side, which worked out amazingly! Everyone else’s food came out to order and was enjoyed! Will travel back to this location again!
