We’ve been here multiple times, and while we love the food, the service has been inconsistent, until tonight. Our server, Kapre, was exceptional and hands-down the best server we’ve ever had here.
She kept our drinks full the entire evening without us ever having to ask, and made the whole experience feel effortless and enjoyable. That kind of attentiveness is rare and truly made our night.
Kapre deserves to be recognized; she’s a gem. We’ll definitely be asking for her section on our next visit. Thank you, Kapre!

Great evening with a large party and able to have conversations and relax! The menu is vast for adults and numerous options for kids! The restaurant was clean inside and out! The food was good and prepared to the right temperature! All the food looked appetizing! They accommodated us quickly for our large party to be seated together! The waitress was friendly and efficient! Parking was sbundant all around the building! It shares the same parking lot as a 54th Street Bar and Grill, which was extremely busy!

Stopped in for dinner with my Dad. We both ordered the 3 for Me. Everything from our burgers, fries and chips and salsa. Dad doesn’t typically eat out but he loves Chili’s. Our server Cooper, was terrific. She was very attentive and you never had to worry about getting a refill on chips or drinks. Management even came around to check on our table. Will definitely be back, because I know Dad enjoys, Chili’s!

We visited this location last Saturday and our server was very clearly drunk. From the jump she was obnoxiously loud, slurring her words, and to top it all
off she forgot my food when she ran it out. I waited about 5 minutes while everyone else ate theirs, then informed the bartender. Our server came back out claiming someone else had ran the food and forgotten the plate. This was not the case. She ran the food. The manager came over to apologize and gave us a discount. The server was sent home. We appreciate the gesture, but will not be coming back ever again.

My partner and I visited this location on 12/05/25 because it was close to our hotel. We were seated right away, which we appreciated. However, when our server came to take our drink order, she did not greet us or introduce herself. We placed our drink order and continued looking through the menu while we waited.
She returned with our drinks and took our food order, but it took quite a while for the food to come out. Once our meals arrived, we had barely started eating—less than ten minutes—before she came back to ask if we needed a box. This felt unusual and unwelcoming, especially since my meal was served on a sizzling plate and was far too hot to eat that quickly. Both my partner and I were confused by this interaction, as if she was trying to get rid of us.
When it was time to pay, I completed the survey on the tablet and left a brief comment about our visit. While I was doing that, we noticed several servers standing behind me, appearing to watch what I was writing. It made the situation feel even more uncomfortable.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit this location.

After a bad experience at Cracker Barrel…this was the perfect medicine! Great experience, & the food tasted great, & our waitress did an excellent job!
Update – Today, I decided to visit here for lunch. Our waitress never brought our drinks, even after receiving our side salads. Our burgers arrived & still no drinks. Luckily we talked to another waitress & the manager apologized & gave us the entire meal for free.

We had dinner over the weekend and thankfully the food was good once we actually got it. We got sat right away and it wasn’t very busy for what we expected so we lucked out!
I’m not sure if our waitress forgot to send our order in for us but it seemed like it took a long time, even for our drinks. Once we finally got our food, it seemed as if she was trying to rush us out and was just very non personable, we felt as an inconvenience to her.
It was my son’s birthday and we asked her if anything was done and she said no, but as we left heard birthday shouting by the staff on the other side of the restaurant so I’m a little confused; He was definitely upset after that.
A lot was questionable there and very inconsistent due to her performance and interactions with us and the other customers and/or staff around.
My husband is in law enforcement and can spot an “altered mind” from a mile away, and i will leave that there with enough said.
Next time we definitely will not sit on the side with the bar, and hope for a better experience!

Jaidynn was extremely nice and made everyone feel comfortable. Food came hot and fresh and exactly how we ordered. Kept checking on us to make sure our order was exactly what we paid for. Great service!
