We were looking forward to trying this restaurant, and while the atmosphere was nice, unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The food did not sit well with us, and afterward we had stomach issues. I think the place has potential, but food quality and safety need more attention.

It’s an airport chilis and hit my expectations. Not the best food or fastest service, but we got some normal chili’s fare while waiting for our flight and didn’t have to wait for a table. Set your expectations correctly and this will be a perfectly fair airport fast casual meal.

We’re hungry. We love Chili’s. We have time before our flight. A no-brainer, right? Wrong! My wife’s Southwest Egg Rolls were burnt, the waitress never checked to see if we needed anything (not even once!), and the food made us both sick at the worst possible time – right before getting on an airplane. 1 star is well-deserved.

Me and my sister needed food before we board the plane. Services seating took a few minutes but we needed a bigger table due to my sister working on her laptop. Server was nice and fast. Food was delicious. Just what we needed before heading back to NC.

Thought it would be another overhyped fast food chain coming from tiktok but the chicken tenders were surprisingly really good. The cheese sticks had a good pull and I would definitely recommend going for the honey chipotle flavor over the nashville hot.

Fast food, Mexican inspired but not spicy. I had chicken soup with a side of Spanish rice and a bottle of Modelo. With tax and tip it came to about $30.
I attempted to order using the QR code on the table but it wouldn’t respond to my clicking “Submit”. It took some time to flag down a server who figured out that my table was not activated.

Portions are good for the airport prices. QR code ordering made for efficient but not quick service. If you enjoy people watching in the middle of the airport, this is the place for you.

I stopped into the Chilis for breakfast this morning. When I walked in and saw the Chilis, I instantly began salivating, excited for some Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers and Southwest Egg Rolls. Upon being seated and using the QR code to access a menu, I quickly realized they were exclusively offering a small breakfast menu. BUMMER. I ordered the bacon breakfast tacos, which were tasty. The food was good, service was good and I was in and out quickly. While I didn’t get the meal I’d planned or hoped for, it was still a pleasant experience.

Terrible experience, and I like the Chili’s chain very much. Lazy employees who don’t care from what I can tell.
Beer was warm, could see it was warm before I touched it. I later asked for a chilled glass to help… not only was it not frosty but she brought a glass with TWO lipstick smears on it. Then she brings it back wet, not cold, not a fresh glass. I assume she wiped it at the bar without soap, but admit I did not see. Trust was lost at that point.
Wings were cold. Beer was warm, wings were cold. Bass ackwards.
At this point I asked her to leave me alone, there is nothing you can do to make it right. Leave me be. I lost trust in cleanliness and integrity to not do something malicious. Maybe that’s my paranoia but that’s what happens when trust is lost.
Skip this restaurant even if you enjoy Chili’s like I do. Who knows what atrocities are occurring in the back.
Chili’s ought to fire management, and more, lest they lose reputation of their chain. Maybe even cut their losses and close it.

I visited at O’Hare airport. I ordered a burger and it was delicious. Obviously being at an airport staff was super busy but still friendly a pleasant surprise. All in all I will visit again!
