I found black plastic in my burger after eating about half of it.
This is extremely concerning and unacceptable.
I feel very uncomfortable because I don’t know if there were more small pieces in the food or if I may have already eaten some.
On top of that, another burger was made incorrectly — I asked for no pickles, but they were still added.
This shows very poor food safety and quality control.

Consistently the worst BK we’ve ever been to. We live close by so we keep telling ourselves “we’ll give it one more shot” when we are out and about but it’s just so bad. Multiple times we have received food that is cold. I mean COLD. It always takes so long to get food even when they’re not busy. Orders often wrong. It tastes pretty bad usually; old-stale- cold. This last time my whopper was so hot- I’ve never ever had a fast food sandwich so hot. Thought wow it must be fresshhh for once. Nope. It was microwaved. It was immediately apparent when I opened it and a cloud of steam rolled out. It left a wet spot on my pants where I had it sitting for a moment- through the wrapper! The lettuce was so soggy it was like it had been put in soup. Same for the tomatoes. It was all just a soggy steamy mess. So disgusting. Whoever runs this place should honestly be fired. The quality of everything is awful. It is so consistently gross. I know it’s fast food but this is just ridiculous. Today was the last time we waste money there. Customer service: one time we had a polite and cheerful person- all other times it’s the “you’re a burden for coming to my job and ordering” tone and attitude. Don’t bother with this location; all the other reviews are spot-on

I ordered mozzarella sticks, and cheese burger (no onion, no sauce ).
After I received my order, I came home and just found out there’s no mozzarella sticks at all. I had to go back cause of the mozzarella sticks. 40mins later finally!! When I was trying to eat my burger with my daughter [of course !!] I got cheese burger with “”onion and enough sauce!! “”

Please clean up “Drive thru area (window section)!! ” Customers can see all the trashes and unorganized staffs.

Forgetting cheese on my Whopper, but adding pickles when asked to keep them off…almost unforgivable.
Also, left out an order of chicken nuggets.
Also, gave us 2 diet Cokes (no one in our family EVER drinks diet soda) instead of a Sprite and fruit punch.

It’s okay. Slightly better than McDonald’s. The only diet soda they have is Diet Coke. Yuck! Other restaurants have Coke Zero now. This store needs to update……

Awful customer service. Please stop calling your customers “baby” I know we live in the south but it’s not professional even for Burger King. The lady at the drive-through was very passive aggressive. I would have liked to order more items , but I dare not due to the her aggressive tone. Also, if you are a manager, it is not professional to talk about your coworkers calling them “sorry”. Burger King, if you have knowledge of this manager, speaking to customers this way then shame on you. They updated this Burger King. It looks really nice on the outside but the attitude that’s inside that’s coming from this manager it’s just unprofessional and it’s just a really bad vibe. I won’t be patronizing this particular Burger King again.

I am truly appalled by the lack of professionalism and poor attitude displayed by the staff at this Burger King location. This behavior seems to be consistent. I am writing this while sitting here with my 6-year-old, 1.5-year-old, and 4-month-old children, and I just witnessed the cook telling a truck driver to block the drive-thru so people couldn’t place orders. Prior to this, when I approached to place my order, the same cook informed me they were “only taking mobile orders,” despite there being no sign indicating this policy. After I placed my kids’ order, he continued to complain about “only taking mobile orders.” I’m genuinely shocked by the behavior I’ve seen here and the ongoing issues as my kids and I sit here eating. This is unacceptable.

I’m going to pick up a DoorDash order at this store. I ask if I can have some ice and they say no, that I have to pay $0.42. They agree. When I pay, they give me half a full glass and I ask for more and they refuse to give it to me. That’s why Burger King died, that’s why no one comes alone or people from the street. How sad. This is the worst rating aside from the fact that they always smell bad and are dirty.

I love this Burger King. The workers are very nice and polite. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. They were nice enough to serve me and my wife with the LUNCH menu, even though it was only 10:00 AM.

All I can say is, wow. Rarely has there been incompetence and lack of any management or oversight at a level such as this place. The employees were more concerned with giving food away free to their friends than to customers who had paid for their food. In the 20 minutes I’ve been waiting, they’ve given away 4 meals, 3 drinks, and then changed out a burger they gave away that had mayo on which apparently shouldn’t come on a free burger. 27 minutes. That’s how long it took for my food to be handed to me. This was AFTER waiting 13 minutes to place an order. FYI, I was the ONLY person inside ordering, and they had 3 cars in the drive-thru. Go someplace else to eat. Unless you have 30 to 40 minutes to wait for your food and don’t care that they offer no ketchup or anything else, and the place is dirty as a truck stop bathroom. My fries are cold and taste horrible. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. Also the number of flies inside the dining area remind me of the commercials asking for change to feed kids in third world countries….
