I normally love coming here. Food is always good and staff is pleasant but my last time there the bartender with the mullet was so rude. Anytime we had a question about the menu or the tablet that you log into for rewards his responses were very condescending and he made us feel very unwelcome.

I have been eating at this location since childhood with my parents. I have never left unhappy before. Went in with my fiance and son. Appetizer was good, a little over cooked, but edible. My ribs on the other hand were overcooked beyond chewing. The only part of the meal that was edible was the side. I didn’t even bring it up to the server, but when my fiance did the server went to speak to her manager. A few minutes later she reappeared to take my plate to the kitchen which she loudly explained was so the manager could “inspect it”. After about 15 minutes of waiting, I explained that a manager should have come out, not demanded my plate back. I left my card and my fiance to pay. When he came out to the car I asked for my receipt, but he wasn’t given one. I asked him to return and get it. The server couldn’t provide the receipt saying she must have run the card wrong. Finally, he reappeared with the receipt. I wonder if she was trying to make it look like we hadn’t paid and had walked out.

Bartender charged me regular price for a beer thinking I wouldn’t notice when it was happy hour. African American lady in the Louis Vuitton sweater off work was drunk walking around the restaurant. A family came in (mom,dad,daughter) asked if they could order a grilled cheese really quick and she stated it had to be really quick. The bar wasn’t even busy. She was more busy talking. Jeff was manager on duty. Seemed to like to joke around more with employees rather then caring for customers. Don’t go here. Make sure you look at your itemized receipt well. Also the tablet was broken on the table.

Only restaurant I know of that didn’t jump on the price gouging wagon blaming it on inflation! They have daily specials for around $10! If you want a naughty indulgent burger, fries and soda, go to Chili’s!
