Wow! Outstanding service from our server Jordan. Offered taste rest of sauces we weren’t sure of. I tried a new bowel option that was delicious. Gluten-free menu is amazing! Great attentive service and super friendly highly recommend!

made it into chilis to try the Dec marg of the month. i usually for to the evergreen park location, which i don’t really care for. i was shocked when i realized this location is only 25mins from me. i didnt care for this particular flavor marg of the month. the strawberry, blackberry & sweet & sour mixes were a bit too much for me. however i will be returning monthly through 2026 to try the marg of the month. I’ve only been to the 2 locations on 95th over the past yrs so the service here was refreshing. i don’t recall their names but the bar staff including the manager were very helpful…and entertaining! see you guys soon!

We have generally liked Chili’s but the last two times the salad has shrunk and they leave off toppings. There is no pico degallo and no guacamole. Plus it is a tiny salad i hadn’t realized lettuce was in such short supply.

Jason provided outstanding service during my visit to Chili’s, even though I was dining by myself. From the moment I sat down, he made me feel welcomed and comfortable, never rushed, and treated me with the same level of care and attention you’d expect for a large table.
Jason was very attentive, checked on me regularly, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. My food came out hot, fresh, and correct, and my drink was always refilled without me having to ask. He was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to, which made my solo dining experience enjoyable instead of awkward or rushed.
What really stood out was Jason’s attention to detail and genuine care for customer satisfaction. He anticipated my needs, maintained a positive attitude the entire time, and made sure I felt valued as a guest. That level of service is rare and should absolutely be recognized.
Jason is a true asset to this Chili’s location and deserves recognition, advancement, and a raise for the consistent, high quality service he provides. Because of him, I will be returning and requesting him again.

Great service, staff was very attentive despite being pretty crowded. Food was very filling. The molten lava cake is enormous. It should be split by a table. The roasted street corn came with a lot of butter, like a whole stick was slathered on before adding the seasoning. We thought it was a little too much butter and not enough seasoning but that’s a personal thing.

My husband and I have been going to this location for the past several months and has become one of our favorite places to grab a quick dinner and a beer. They have great service at this location, and every single server we have had the past months have been great. Tonight, we had Natalie, and in the recent past Sophie. I asked to speak with the manager on duty as all too often we hear the negative, and (Gary, the manager on duty) came to the table and we just wanted him to know we are regular customers and will continue to be in the future. He was so kind, and thanked us, but really the value of the whole experience is worth it! The food is always HOT, and everything from the burgers to the meals are great. They have a good discount menu and are able to get a meal for a reasonable price. Considering you spend almost as much at a fast-food place…and it’s nice to not have to do the dishes once in a while. Natalie is top in customer service, and now a days, that is so hard to find. Thank you, Chili’s, thank you Natalie, and THANK YOU GARY!!!! Lisa and Larry Abram

The chicken bacon ranch nachos looked nothing like the picture. They just threw a few tiny pieces of chicken on top of some chips and charged $16.99 for it. I only took a few bites, packed up a big to go box, and brought it home but I really don’t like it. The chicken doesn’t even taste real, it’s like that fake Subway chicken mixed with fillers to save money. And for some reason the chips are burned even though our entrée chips were a nice light brown, I don’t understand that either. I think I’ll just throw it out.

I just want to send a shout out to the manager, Ryan. I placed an order to be picked up at 7:45 pm tonight (02/6/26). I called to let them know that my boyfriend was going to come in to pick up my order. Well, the girl that answered the phone said that they didn’t have an order for me. (The order was for over $80.) So I asked for the manager. Ryan went ABOVE & BEYOND what I thought that he was going to do. Thank you, Ryan, for your SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Idk if Ryan’s the store manager or not, but he DEFINITELY DESERVES A RAISE!!!
Also, Jesse is an EXCELLENT addition to this location!!! We knew him at another restaurant, where he was AWESOME!!! We’re SO GLAD to see him here!!!
