I am beyond pissed off about my experience at Chili’s. My check was damn near $100, and for what? The service absolutely sucked from start to finish. I specifically went to try the Wicked drink, and not only did they not have the broomstick or wand that’s supposed to come with it, but they also didn’t even serve our drinks in the correct glasses because they were “out of stock.” I was annoyed, but I tried to move past that.
What I could not move past was what happened when I got home. I ordered a meal to go for my husband, and when we opened it, we found hair in the food—as if it had been dropped or handled carelessly. That is disgusting, completely unacceptable, and a serious food safety hazard. For the amount of money I spent, the bare minimum should be food that’s safe and edible. Instead, I paid for a meal we couldn’t even eat.
I am extremely unhappy and will not be returning.

Service was amazing the whole staff is very vibrant and kind. Especially our server Kieth was very nice and attentive with great hospitality. I totally forgot that my soup came with bacon and to tell him “no bacon” he seen me scraping it off the top with a spoon and told me to STOP and brought me out a whole new soup. Best service I ever had sometimes people look at a young couple and give horrible service assuming no tip but he seems to treat everyone the same. Amazing dude super chill humble guy great service at chilis I WILL be back.

First time service from this location I ordered the baby back (full rack) ribs, loaded mash and blk beans as my sides! Mash potatoes and beans were great. Now with that being said I don’t know what happen or what went wrong but none of my food was hot, my ribs looked and taste old, very very dry texture and bbq sauce itself taste burnt I could not eat this at all! You would think people spending their hard earned money ($50) on a meal they would do some what of a decent job instead they serve you bs like this! Very disappointed but never will I again

First time at this location. I was a little nervous based on reviews, but we had a fantastic experience. Staff actually opened the doors as we entered and immediately sat us. Our waitress was polite and helpful when we asked for suggestions. Food arrived fresh and as expected, except we were missing 1 sauce. Before we even noticed, the waitress did and she quickly went and got it for us. Our drinks were refilled before we asked or were completely empty. Even the staff cleaning tables were friendly! I was skeptical when we entered, but we had an amazing experience there today.

I love this location so much! I always look for a reason to head to this area so I can stop in here. Today we had Isabelle for our server and she is so nice and attentive. Food is always really fresh and fast. Of course I ate too many chips as usual but they never complain about bringing me more! The manager stopped by our table to check on us and we told her to give Isabelle a raise!! Already looking forward to our next visit!!

We ordered takeout and spent about $100, and while the food itself was okay, the experience wasn’t the best. A few items that were supposed to be included with two of our dinners were missing, which was disappointing. I also felt the presentation of the to-go meals could have been better, especially for the price. That said, the staff did try to make it right and offered us a $20 gift card, which I appreciated. Hoping for a better experience next time.

I had lunch today me and my friend Carol. Service was great and the food was amazing. After I left ten minutes down the street. I realize my diamond cross bracelet was. I was not on my wrist. I pulled over on the side and called Chills and ask for the manager. I told her where I was sitting and described my diamond cross silver bracelet. After less than five minutes she came and said she found it. I came back to the restaurant and picked my bracelet up. I only have high regard respect for Chills and the best customer service I have ever seen.

Our servers were very attentive. Justin was in training and he did a good job. He worked with Gina and she was very helpful. I must add that the manager was very helpful also. I hadn’t been there in quite a while so I was very pleased with our lunch. I was impressed by the serving size.

What an amazing visit. Thanks to the take out staff, the manager and our awesome waiter, our 11 party group had a great visit today. Everyone was friendly, extra helpful and kind to our large group. I did order our food ahead since we didn’t have reservations which made things go faster. I wish I had got there names. They took great care of our mom up from Florida.
