Stopped by Chili’s on Saturday and Valentine’s Day, so we knew it might be a little hectic. Server did great!
We ordered the Triple Dipper, kids’ mac and cheese, and fajitas.
The Triple Dipper was the star of the table — came out hot, flavorful, and perfect for sharing. The kids’ mac and cheese did exactly what it needed to do (no complaints, which is always a win).
The fajitas… were mid. Not terrible, the steak over cooked.
Overall, it was a decent casual meal for a super busy night.

My first sit down at a Chili’s in a long time, exceeded my expectation since my last visit wasn’t so great. Both cheese and brisket quesadillas are equally delectable. The chicken salad is decent if not anything special.

I’ve eaten in the restaurant and to go. I enjoy the food. Pricing can be a bit high but I think 3 for me is very reasonable and join the rewards program for free chips and salsa. Service is fine and the staff are friendly.

The server Elias was very bad.. he legit did not check on us at all.. didn’t even give us the bill or a to go box. We just paid on the tablet thing and left.. the server was very bad.. it wasn’t even busy for the server to not be around. Went on a Wednesday evening .

Beware when ordering carryout, this is the second time I have ordered honey Chipotle chicken crispers with an extra side of sauce which i paid extra for and I have gotten them plain, if I wanted plain tenders I would have went to McDonald’s.

Families food was fresh and fantastic. Our server Avery was the epitome of a what you think service should be. Attentive. Need a refill on your drink there before you have to ask. Amazing!

As opposed to my previous visit to Chilis
this time everything from the food to the service was relatively better. So I am changing my rating to 4 stars based on my experience this time.
I like the fact that it the place wasn’t too busy on a Friday evening, so we were seated quickly.
Our server was friendly, he recommended a few drinks, I’m glad we heard him.
At the end, if we get to see happy faces, meaning the service + the food worked.

Not worth another visit!
I usually rate restaurants based on the food, ambience, hospitality of the staff & for the most part- Cleanliness!
That said, this particular eatery is definitly Not one of the cleanest. I noticed the serving plates weren’t Clean & seemingly scratchy in parts, including the wooden tray the Skillet was resting upon.
Big turn off!
Coming to the food—I ordered for Vegetarian Fajita & Shrimp Tacos together with Blueberry Margarita & Titos!
Shrimp Tacos was a good choice, had soft & juicy shrimp!
The portions were good, Vegetarian Fajita would be good for two people to share! But I had to switch to Flour tortillas for the Corn Tortillas tasted weirdly dry.
Our server was nice & friendly, although the service was fairly slow.
Any further visits? Highly unlikely!

I was shocked on how small chicken crisper have become. The crispers were more like pieces compared to how they use to be. Chicken was to overcooked for my taste. Atmosphere and service were great

If i could give this 0 stars i would. Went with a large party and ordered 3 bottomless chips and salsas so the server would not have to refill every 5 minutes. After we ordered the chips and they came to the table we were then told we would be charged for all three. We have been to chilis with big parties before and have never had this issue. They would only charge us one chips and salsa and the other two for the table would be free hence bottomless chips. Then when we got our food we had to send back 4 dishes. They gave us warm salad, missing sides, hot ranch. This has been the WORST chilis experience ever. The manager was not accommodating or helpful. Left a bad taste in my mouth for chilis. Will not be coming back to this location ever.
