I’m 46yrs old & have been coming to this exact location(Calumet City) since I was 9yrs old. I usually do To Go, but tonight my 7yr old said she wanted to eat IN THE RESTAURANT, so I obliged. Everything from the Host, to our server(Ivy), the food..everything was Exemplary. Thank you Alicia, Janay, Ivy & Elvis for making our dining experience Amazing tonight..& Kisses to the Chef, because the food was GOODT.!!

As a server who been doing over 25 years I was very disappointed sat at the bar for 7 minutes before I bartender appeared she never introduced herself and kinda disappeared after taking my order I never got my appetizer the entree beat it got brought out by a food runner which I didn’t understand cause the bartender/server was back there basically my whole visit I don’t know what she had going on when she reappeared she was on her phone not texting but a live conversation I’m big on service I still tipped above but was disappointed with her & my appetizer not coming first but the manager on duty made me feel better I just left couldn’t wait to leave this review I just want better service.

We’ve been to this chili’s a few times. Every time has been Amazing!! But this time really stood out from beginning to end. Khyle was wonderful so friendly. Great server ontop his game!! He made us feel right at home had our meals out nice and hot. It was just an amazing experience with Khyle and I wanted to give credit where credit is due. Thank you Khyle for making our day a little more special . God Bless.

It’s amazingly awful how things have changed. Once upon a time this Chili’s was awesome. My cousin and I went today and sadly I won’t be back. The quality of both the service and food was highly disappointing especially for the increased cost. Another establishment off my list, no longer worth my support. Goodbye!

Ivy our server was attentive and continuously checked on us. The entire staff was patient and and very welcoming to our special needs clients. It was good to se management walking around checking in with the patrons as well. We will be back!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Last week I went here with my husband and let’s just say the environment was very overstimulating. The electronic pay thing wasn’t working and we had to use someone else’s but that’s not really the bad part we were rushed to pay because it was the ONLY one that was working around us. which was irritating because we were just trying to have a good time and talk but was getting interrupted a lot. We did regardless talk and chilled but some things didn’t have to factor in. Secondly my husband ordered a steak and asparagus and hated it and it had a smell to it which happens when things are not cooked with CLEAN grease what makes matters worse when he took it to go and got home he made it to his liking to try it out again and not only did he find ONE piece of HAIR in the food but THREE semi long pieces of hair. That is trifling and just down right irresponsible. Thirdly you had waiters near complaining about they can’t do their job and whining about needing help loudly might I add. Then this waiter by the name of Shawn/shaun I think, he was black with long dreads I believe some were red (I think) but anyway he came to our table kind of rushing asking did we pay but mind you minutes before, my husband asked can he get another sprite and then he’ll be able to pay but the man came back empty handed asking did we pay again and all my husband said in a CALM TONE was “no I was waiting for the sprite” and the waiter got so defensive and a little hostile making it seem like my husband was being rude to him which wasn’t the case. The waiter proceeded to say in a HOSTILE TONE “well all you had to do was say that and I would get it for you” he said more I can’t remember what else but it was some along those lines. Mind you we are grown but my husband and I have baby faces so we get mistaken for being younger a lot and the waiter wasn’t talking to him like a grown man more like a child and I found that very disrespectful. So Chili’s I’m going to need y’all to handle all of this. Even if yall do I still won’t be back here. This was one of those experiences where it’s a one and done. I won’t waste money like this ever again. We really could’ve went to chipotle and been great and had an amazing time and that’s saying something. Furthermore have a nice one and reevaluate this unprofessional business environment y’all call a good vibe restaurant. Y’all have a lot of work to do.

I actually really liked this Chilis. We got the triple dipper, wings and nachos. We were able to be seated quickly at the bar. Our server was friendly and attentive, food was served hot. The wings were really good, comparable to BWW, but for the price Chilis is better. I will definitely return!
