Good customer services, we have the surf and turf, median rare 10 oz steak, and the classic all time burger. Food was well balanced from salt and pepper. Highly recommended for dine-in. First time eating out at a restaurant without taking any leftover home.

Service was fun & festively friendly. We were seated immediately and had our orders taken quite quickly after that on a slow Sunday evening. Food was super fresh and tasted as good as expected. We got the chips & dips for our appetizer then I chose the bacon ranch chicken quesadilla as my entree. Quesadilla was pretty spectacular I must say and the portions were crazy big for thd prices paid. I’d eat here again in the future.

Bella was hands down one of the best servers we’ve had in a long time. Bella was fun, genuinely kind, and made the whole experience feel personal instead of rushed or routine. The energy honestly made our night—great vibes. The food was great, but Bella is the real reason we’d go back. Would return to this Chili’s just for them!

We LOVE Chilis and this trip did not disappoint! We had a FABULOUS waitress who was very busy with several tables, but stayed attentive and brought us an order of chips and salsa to go since ours didn’t have much left! Our food was excellent and I would definitely recommend this Chilis location!! Yummy!

Good food and drinks. Had to wait a while for the bartender as when we arrived.. bartender was nowhere to be found – we then found out bartender was very backed up and this we understood completely! Once present, the bartender was kind and knowledgeable. Overall, with our experience, we don’t have any major complaints, and we definitely plan to return again! Happy hour is daily!

Delicious food! We even gave special orders for the fajitas that my husband ordered. They came out of the kitchen and double checked with him. They prepared them perfectly!! Also, absolutely WONDERFUL service!! I highly recommend!!!!

I’m writing this review while sitting in the restaurant the food was so bad. The chicken tenders were wet with oil and didn’t dry. The food all tasted like the oil needed to be changed about a week ago. Everything tasted burnt. The only thing semi-edible were the mozzarella sticks but honestly that is a STRETCH. The waitress acted like we were stupid the entire time we were there, and I don’t think I’ve met a person who acts like they hate their job as much as her. The only thing I enjoyed here was the lemonade. If I could give this place a zero I would. Overpriced for terrible food and a terrible experience.

Stopped in for lunch today and Kyle was our server. It started off very shaky with some off comments and then my tall beer had so much foam on the top, by the time it was gone, it was the same size as my Mom’s short beer, but I was still charged for a tall. The food was great but then something changed and Kyle was really nice, attentive, and asked more questions. The manager did not seem to want to be there by his attitude and demeanor. We always seem to have mixed reviews when stopping by Chili’s in Woodbury as it’s never consistent with the service.
