Found this odd looking piece of chicken halfway into eating it, discussed my concerns with my server and he said that the cooks said it was just a vain a good to eat or that it was light meat mixed with dark meat but i’ve never seen that. I expressed my concerns to him again because I was uncomfortable eating it and asked if there was anything he could do because I have gotten the chicken sandwich multiple times from here and it has never once looked like this, he then said chicken looks pink before its cooked and has veins, which anybody who had cooked chicken in their life would already know. He then talked to his manager and got the meal removed which was nice but the fact they served that and the way he brushed it off is a little concerning.

We love this location!!!!! We absolutely love Vicki! But sadly haven’t seen her the past couple times We came she goes above and beyond everytime you dont see that with alot of waiters or waitresses! Last night we came back again and u fortunately again no vicki.. but I do have to say for the first time we were able to have the pleasure of having Nicki! She was amazing very helpful with seating arrangements due to yall being slammed packed! She was so good and checked on us often even had my 4 yr old granddaughter obsessed with her so thank you nicki for your hospitality and great service! And 9f course the food was amazing as always!!!!

I just wanted to leave this review, because my family and I had such a wonderful experience yesterday. We went to celebrate my son’s birthday and the entire staff was absolutely amazing! The server the hostess, manager everyone. Ya’ll are doing a great job. Thank you for making his birthday extra special.

My husband I went for lunch to celebrate him being cancer free. Our server, Breyanna was so kind and very attentive. The food was delicious! We got the “Three for Ten” meals and they were well worth the money. The manager came over to say hello and heard about our celebration and wished my husband well. We thought that was super kind!!!

This is one of our favorite “date night” places. The service is quick, the food is hot and always delicious, and the servers are always so friendly and accommodating. Every server we have had has always been awesome, though Courtney is our favorite. 🙂 If I could give them 10 starts, I would.

I ordered the Sante Fe Alex burger. The burger was really good. I also had the Southwest egg rolls. They were really good. Updated restaurant with updated menu items. The cheese dip with tortilla chips were really good as well.

Where do i begin… First off, the host sat us quickly and was very nice. Our server was very nice and attentive. Now for the bad… i wish i could give zero stars on this area, we first ordered the southwest eggrolls, and they were cold and not good. The avacado ranch now has a pico like substance in it. My wifes corn was way overcooked and was like rubber. Her fries were cold and hard with a type of melted cheese that turned into concrete. My ribs were overcooked, and not much meat on them. The chicken bacon quesadilla was way too salty, not good. The quality of this restaurant has dramatically dropped in the last few years. I know for myself that i will never go back. But please make up your own mind with this.

The best part of our night was our server, Vicky. She was an all star server and could be working at 5 star restaurant. Chili’s is lucky to have her. She knew the menu, gave us recommendations, and made sure our experience was exceptional.

Amazing first experience with Chili’s! Zero wait for a table, swift service, and delicious first experience!! Our waitress Jen was fantastic! She was attentive, funny, and her vibe really brought the mood up. She really carried our experience, ten out of ten! And the food was outright delicious. I have been to expensive restaurants where they overcooked our burgers, and Chili’s did it PERFECTLY. A juicy, medium burger that was devoured by two of us (yum!). Lasty, the triple dipper was so worth the price, and we will be back again 🙂
