Delightful dinner delivered by an amazing waiter named Angelo. He diligently checked on us to be sure we had everything that we ordered, and to be sure our food was as good as expected. He was very attentive to every table in his section on a busy Saturday night. Our order was taken very quickly and delivered to the table expeditiously. Angelo provided top-tier customer service from the moment we arrived until the moment when we left. A manager stopped by to introduce himself and to check on us. I asked him to tell the cook, “Thank you.” The food that was provided was perfection on a plate. It was nice to have attentive, caring, forward thinking and responsible customer service by each employee at the Michigan City Chili’s. The environment at this Chili’s location was a nice, open concept. The lighting in the restaurant provided a really bright, beautiful space to enjoy delicious meals.

Amazing experience here. I love me a good burger and this restaurant did not disappoint! Huge burgers reasonably priced. They had real Mac and cheese. Not the box stuff. Friendly staff. I can’t wait to come back and try more!

Day date with my husband. Tara was amazing. Kiddos to the back of house our food was so well prepared, delicious and fresh everything came out piping hot! I would highly recommend The fried deluxe chicken sandwich and the big smasher with a double patty

High quality service all around. Our food came out fast and fresh and our server always had a smile. Good quality food for the price payed if you’re smart with your orders. Menu is slightly pricy besides the deals however. A nice environment overall but the music was a little loud for my taste.

My server Nakyma is always so friendly and efficient. Very well run Chilis. I always see the manager out and about helping with making sure everything goes smoothly. The three for me is a great deal and you won’t leave hungry. My steak was cooked perfectly tonight. Best chain restaurant in Michigan City for value service and consistency.

My husband and I come to this location a lot, while we always have great service and food, today was absolutely wonderful. Marissa our server was amazing! Food was excellent and we could tell its was all hands on deck today. Between the server, food runner, and management it was wonderful. As usual we will be back for a visit, keep it up!

Went there for dinner Saturday night around 5:00 pm… The restaurant had plenty of booths and tables available, yet we had a 30 minute wait… I understand they may have been short staffed, but they could have at least seated us so that we didn’t have to stand in the entryway freezing…many people left because they did not want to wait to be seated…once we were finally seated, we did have an excellent server and the food was tasty…

My sister ordered to go on march 6 th. She ordered the chicken quesadillas and the steak and the crispy chicken sandwich meals. Steak was very bad. The quesadillas was a little crispy and the chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken sandwich had zero flavor. Had a bland taste. Chicken was a bit over done. Fries were stale. And the salad was bad. Overall my sister spent 50 dollars on a chilis gift card and it wasn’t very good.
I’ve already sent a email online on chilis website. Hope I hear back from someone soon. Worse 50 bucks on a chilis gift card that my sister spent. It will be a very long time before we ever get to go or eat at chilis again.
Update: my sister went back to Michigan city chilis. Same resulting on the to go order on 3/9. The chicken sandwich was burnt. Bun was burnt. Tasted like it was old. And the salad croutons was soft not hard in the salad. Definitely will not return to that chilis anymore
