Casual chain restaurants are a hit or miss experience. They promise familiarity and consistency but rarely deliver on both. They’ll show you delicious comfort food on TV and then deliver dirty dining rooms, line cooks who couldn’t care less, and wait staff who can’t wait for their shift to end. Well I’m happy to report that this Chilis location delivers none of those things. My family has been coming here for a while now and we happily make the 20 minute drive from Carmel to get there. The place is always jam packed and we are always seated in a reasonable amount of time, usually 15 minutes or less. The dining room and tables are clean and well presented. The front of house team are always welcoming and efficient at getting you a table as soon as possible. The wait staff are always buzzing about, moving quickly, constantly checking on things, and always with a friendly and positive attitude. Our food is always consistent, comes out piping hot, and correctly assembled according to our order. I don’t know who is managing this place, but give them a hug and then give them a raise! I am happy to spend my money here. My young kids love coming here and it gives us a great place to have some quality family time after a long week. Thanks for caring about quality and about your customers’ experience. It shows and will keep us coming back for years to come!

We had the most entertaining and hilariously funny server, Aloha! She took our order and brought our food and drinks with such style and pizzaz. I believe it even made the food taste better. I would definitely recommend stopping by for the flavorful food and delicious drinks whenever you are in the Noblesville area. Here are some pics of some of the dishes we eagerly consumed. This place is definitely kid friendly. We had three under 10 yo. and no one complained about their busy actions (table hopping). We had a party of 9 plus a highchair so they had to seat us at two different tables since the booths can not accommodate their highchair. The place was busy but there was ample parking. I give this place a 4 star rating but a give our server Aloha, a 10!!! Thanks for making this birthday celebration soooo memorable.

Always friendly and happy to serve waiters and waitresses. Food is always fresh and great. The few times that we’ve ever had issues they go above and beyond to make them correct. Sometimes on a weekend or during busier hours, there can be a little bit of a wait, but they always give you the wait time and the ability and space to wait and get you in surprisingly quickly (photos of margs from different trips, cookie to go, chips with extra salsa because they’re the best)

We went to Chili’s for the first time yesterday after seeing a commercial on late nite TV. They were really busy as it was Friday nite. I wondered how long of a wait there would be. But when we got inside there was no wait @ all. We were seated right away. They no longer have call ahead seating but I guess they don’t need it. As soon as I opened the menu my eyes locked onto
a salad-Quesadilla explosion salad. Usually I don’t get salads when I eat out but this one caught my eye. And it was delicious. It was so good that it will probably be the only thing I eat there.
EVERY. TIME. I. GO. They have plenty of other good stuff on the menu as well. Like great burgers, steak, ribs, soups.
You really should check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

Sadly I used to love Chili’s but we will not be back. 1. it took over 45 minutes to come out with 3 kids meals and 2 adult meals. 2. The food was just warm at that point and the $15 southwest chicken bowl that was ordered was the size of a side salad. 3. We had 3 littles with us which were obviously over being there so we quickly paid and left after eating. I thought the $100 check seemed high, but didn’t have time to check at the restaurant. So once I got home I reviewed it and realized that the extra two sides we had ordered for the kids meals (2 applesauces) which were supposed to be $1.?? were charged at $3.79/per side and then we were also charged 2.99 for a game pass on the kiosk which we did not even use except to pay.

Went in to grab a bite with my daughter as we do at least once a month and it is usually the most enjoyable experience. Tonight it was later than usual around 830 so they would be closing at 10. We were seated immediately and we were not greeted by a server or anyone for about 5-6 mins but several people that worked there walked passed several times. Not a big deal again understandable they were busy. But once our server came to the table we decided to order our food to go, once I got home I ordered the triple dipper with the south west wraps, no avocado ranch, not cut and cover in either my chipotle sauce or the hot sauce not sure which made the side and mushy. Not the best experience so I had to write a review since I drive a good 40 mins to come here to this chillis because the service is usually the best.

It was understandable busy because it was a Saturday night but not a long wait which was the only good part. When we were sat no one came to our table for over 5 minutes. Once we got our food we needed napkins and never got any and we couldn’t find our waitress so I had to get paper towels out of the bathroom. Normally I would be ok without napkins but if you have ever ate here you know the food can be greasy. On top of that here is a picture of my “medium” steak. Overall not great service or food also overpriced.

I spent nearly 50 bucks and my wife’s food was so spicy she could not eat it. In response to the OWNER, I am here from out of town so the ONLY acceptable solution would be a REFUND not I hope you have a better experience next time?,!
