The place was very clean and it was clear that they care about safety and hygiene. They had several safety measures in place, like wearing masks and giving customers the option to view the menu directly on their phones, which was really convenient. Everything felt organized and well maintained. The service was quick and efficient, and our food came out exactly how we ordered it. We tried the fried pickles, the Boss burger, and fries, and everything tasted great and was cooked perfectly. The waitress was friendly, helpful, and very attentive throughout the visit, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a pleasant dining experience!

I ordered Cajun shrimp pasta. It was really good. However, my wife ordered a steak with broccoli and mashed potatoes. The potatoes were good, the steak ordered mid rare was very well done. 0 pink… I literally think there was no seasoning on the steak at all. Broccoli was mushy and also flavorless… The server was very nice, so all and all…. meh…..

We have been here quite a few times since we’ve moved to OB. The food has been pretty good quality for the most part without getting too picky. The service, all of our servers have been responsive and kind, (My daughter experiences something different, maybe they assume since she’s young that she won’t tip). This restaurant needs a very good deep clean and I think the servers need to be more aware that people can see them play with their hair in the kitchen. They did wash their hands but still needs to be addressed.

Chili’s OB coming in hot!! I was absolutely blown away by my dinner!
I was in the area for work, staying at a hotel nearby, and walked over after a VERY long, physically demanding day.
Diedra, the bartender, was so warm, kind, and welcoming as soon as I sat down.
I was craving something light, just protein and green veggies, so I settled on the guiltless sirloin and asparagus. Now I cook a LOT at home, and my husband and I have yet to enjoy asparagus at a restaurant that we really liked. Most places, to include some of your higher end steakhouses, pan sear the stalks leaving them bland and giving it a rubbery texture. I typically roast asparagus, which gives it a nice crisp. I will also admit, I typically avoid big chain restaurants, but figured it was close and walkable, so gave it a shot given how tired I was.
Having said all that, my dinner was AMAZING!!! The steak was cooked PERFECTLY (ordered it rare) and the asparagus was just how I make it at home!!! I was floored. Everything was seasoned so well, too; I honestly only added a tad of black pepper out of habit but it really didn’t need it. It is sometimes difficult to get a lighter, healthier meal while traveling, but Chilis hit the nail on the head with this one. (I am terrible at food pictures, but sharing just in case you were curious.)
Between the genuinely kind and welcoming service and the food, I absolutely recommend if you are in the area, and I will definitely be back!! Thank you to the team there for giving me an amazing meal; everything hit the spot, and you all were wonderful.

We got seated fairly quickly because it wasn’t really that busy. However, we ordered appetizers and it took around 40 minutes. (We think she forgot) when we asked about it she rudely said she’s got it. Our food was not good either. My quesadilla was burnt, my mom’s rice was cold and hard, and the steak was unbearably salty. My mom had paid extra for some add ons and didn’t get them until after we were done eating. We asked for refills and ended up getting our ticket before we got them. Food was gross and service was bad. Not worth the high prices.

My sister is hooked on the Triple Dipper for $17.99. For the last few times we’ve been here, this is what she orders. I, on the other hand, tried the bacon ranch Quesadilla chicken $15.79. My food was good but a little too salty for me. Our server was Justin L… He went beyond & above serving us, so that made up for my meal. I tried different items on the menu & this was the first time I was disappointed with my meal. Again, the service we received from Justin was right on point. The atmosphere was great & it’s very clean! Even the bathroom. This is a place you would want to take your family. Keep up the amazing & excellent job!

My husband and I ordered from here around 7:14. They said it’d take about 20 mins. It took an hour. He sat and waited 30 mins inside when he went to pickup the food and not a single person even offered to help or acted like he existed. One woman walked past and he called out to her a few times and she very blatantly ignored him. If that’s not your job position I understand, but don’t be rude and act like a customer isn’t speaking to you. The food was cold by the time we got it and cost us almost $50. You are better off driving to the Southaven location.

Sat down and ordered drinks. While waiting we got waters and ordered food. About 12 min later still hadn’t received drinks and bartender nor our server were in any way shape or form interested in doing their jobs efficiently. We decided to leave. The level of service and efficiency was sub par and it wasn’t just us. Looking around while we waited we noticed other tables in the same situation. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy at 8pm.
