Planting Seeds Growing Thought
We came in on one of the last flights after a really rough day, honestly not expecting much since it was so late and everyone understandably had to be exhausted. Instead we were greeted by the most cheerful and friendly face. Marketis completely turned our night around. She was so kind, upbeat and attentive and it genuinely made a difference in how our evening ended. We’re so thankful we had the pleasure of being waited on by her. I’ll absolutely make it a point to stop in and see her again.

Stopped her to eat while waiting on our flight. Food tasted good. We got the omelette. They put a ton of bell pepper in it. Almost like it’s a filler.
You have to order on an app, that sucks! You also have to pay on it. Takes away the entire customer service part. Not a fan at all. The manager did come out and see how we were. I told him I’m not a fan of the pay and order system. It even told me my payment didn’t go through but it actually did.
Not many options for sit down food so it is what it is.

Just read the other reviews, should have listened before going here. Salty as crap, nobody helps you till you look annoyed at waiting too long, ranch was as liquidy as water with white coloring and spices. Some not all of the strips were barely bigger than the ranch container. $25 later I’m good, prob go somewhere else

QR code for ordering doesn’t work to send your order to the kitchen, the payment processes but nothing else, no notification and then you’ll stand there and no employee will acknowledge you until you ask directly where your food is after 30 mins of waiting. Then when they are out of inventory eg. salad dressing, they’ll just leave it out or give you different sauce without asking or even telling you. All around negative experience.

However, I was disappointed to find out that orders had to be placed through an app, making it challenging to receive any table service. Additionally, the burger I ordered was far from good. The meat was warm, the bun felt like it had been stored in a fridge or freezer, affecting it overall. How long does it take to toast or heat up? It also took over a half hour to get it, while the place not busy at all.
I will not

If I could give a zero I would. 45 minutes to get queso. Which only came after the entree came, and the manager made an excuse that the queso got dropped because yall moved tables. Which didn’t actually happen. Guys, this is an AIRPORT. You need to do it better and more efficiently than elsewhere. Be better.

My husband and I ordered food to go at the Chili’s airport location. The restaurant was empty, yet the cashier told us we were not allowed to sit and had to remain standing, even though many seats were available.
A female customer had to step in and tell us to please sit down. The cashier looked at us angrily and, when handing us our order, almost threw the food at us. His attitude was rude and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction.
This was a very unpleasant experience, especially while traveling.

I was very happy with my experience. Ashley was very nice. I asked her about the egg rolls and she explained to me why she liked them. I was a little nervous the food would take a while for a To Go order but I was wrong. It came out in just a few minutes and was piping hot. I order chicken crispers and fries.
