We went to chili’s last week. I checked in on the app and we were seated right away. Our server was nice but I feel he may of been overwhelmed. It took a good while for him to get to us only because I think he had quite a few tables by himself. No big deal though we get it. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. Drinks came out quickly but the appetizer seemed to take quite a awhile. It was just the dip trio and chips. Our food came out shorty after and everything was cooked perfectly. I do feel the portions of the honey chipotle chicken crispers are getting smaller. I got 4 tiny chicken tenders and for what I paid I could get a bigger portion at the bowling ally. I hope they aren’t trying to shrink portion sizes while keeping prices up. That will end up hurting business in the long run. Especially with Texas Roadhouse knocking on their door. I can tell you with 100% I would choose TR over Chili’s everytime if this is what they’re doing.

Overall the food was the highlight, waiting for ours drinks for 10 mins was a slog. When you are thirsty from the heat a 10 min wait to get a drink just is painful. The server was check-out and “the weeds”. She needed help for sure and meanwhile you have 3+ employees not actually playing as a team. This all comes down to management. When you see management on the floor actively working you got your self a great place. I wish I could put this off to a below average server it really is a team effort in restraunts such as these. This is average place overall and you will be best to seek other great food venues only minutes away.

My husband and 2 kids, one baby, went to eat here last night and walked out. Up front we were told we couldn’t use the fold out thing for the babies car seat at the booth as it was a safety hazard. What? We then sat down and the server was a completely rude and unprofessional. We ordered some adult beverages and she wouldn’t accept my husbands ID. We are in our 30s and it was clearly legible. We said we will go somewhere and the lady screamed from the back, it’s the law! I explained we have never had anyone reject our IDs. I have NEVER been felt like I couldn’t get alcohol like that my whole life and the situation was just plain rude. I wish I could’ve gotten her name so I could post it. She had red hair and was older. We ended up going right down the road to Longhorn Steakhouse and had great service, food, and absolutely no issue with our IDs. O’Charleys should’ve never been replaced by these jokers.

We went at 3pm on a Friday. The service was prompt and polite, the the restaurant was clean. The appetizer came out quickly (skillet queso with chips and salsa)and was perfect…the chips were so hot and fresh we almost had to wait to eat them..almost. The pick 3 sampler was the star of the meal with the southwest egg rolls, sliders, and fried mozzarella ,that was likely the best I’ve ever had. I tried a bite of my wife and son’s burgers and fries, and they were as delicious and juicy as any great burger we have had. Fantastic experience overall!
