Yesterday my husband and I took our little boy to Chilis for his birthday. I wanted to do something special for his 6th bday but we had to postpone the party because most of the family works Saturday or was busy doing something so we knew Sunday we would celebrate but we still wanted to make him feel special on his birthday which Is September 27th. He loves Chilis and had been asking to go so we decided to take him for a special bday dinner. Alexis our server was amazing! She was very sweet and personable. She had us laughing and would check back to make sure everything was good. But the highlight is how she made our boy feel special on his bday by making a big deal and have the entire staff celebrate him along with the whole restaurant. He was so surprised and it just made his day. I don’t think he will ever forget it and it meant a lot to us how Alexis went out of her way and she genuinely cared. It’s really hard to find good customer service like this. The food was delicious and the service from everyone there was outstanding! The restaurant is also very clean which I appreciate. Alexis should get a raise! She’s awesome!!!!

My son, my parents, and I came in for dinner and had Kylee as our server. She was wonderful. She made great suggestions, was so patient with us, and kept our drinks refilled without us ever having to ask. She was sweet, funny, and easy to talk to, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and welcoming. She truly went above and beyond and made our night feel special. I really hope her managers know how great she is — she definitely deserves recognition.

I came on here to eat on Feb 27th and I usually go in already knowing what I will have. The waitress, Shay or Shea was great but the food made me sick. So sick I had to go to the hospital and found out I got food poisoning. When I finally started feeling better I contacted the General manager , Collin and I was trying to explain to him my situation and he immediately decided that I was changing my story after him asking me a few questions. He was very defensive and not at all being considerate or understanding. I am not the only one who has gotten sick from this location as the reviews speak for themselves but I also know a close friend who has gotten sick from this location as well. I’m not in the business of getting anyone shut down nor am I much of a complainer but that conversation with the GM makes me want to reach higher authority. It’s pitiful to think that a GM of a corporation would brush off such a situation and accuse you of telling lies. Very shameful. I gave 3 stars to service solely because of the sweet lady that took care of me that day but Collin needs a wake up call.

My husband, children, and I came to have dinner. Our server was Jess! She was great. She went the extra mile in making suggestions, accommodating my picky son, and refilling our drinks constantly without complaint. She was so sweet and funny. She held a conversation with us and not just small talk. She is a very hard worker and was doing all this while taking care of at least 6 other tables. I want her managers to know how good she is. Jess also took the time to read the menu to my son since he can’t read yet. She was so patient and made us feel like we were at a 5 star restaurant and so special. Kudos Jess give her a promotion!

Our server was Jess, she was very kind, beautiful personality, and checked on us very thoroughly. The food was great but having a great server always tops it, and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better one ! Every needs to experience a beautiful, kind, and overall amazing server just as she was !

I would highly not recommend this place. The food is absolute goyslop. Chili’s used to be nice back in the day haven’t been here in quite a few years. Will never return again. They don’t know how to do Nashville hot and we’re in Tennessee so that should say something. Pretty sure the cheese for the cheese sticks is fake. Overwhelmingly sweet underwhelmingly good. The inside atmosphere looks like that of a rainbow community idea for what a modern dining establishment should look like. I cannot stress enough how much you do not need to come here. If you have any kind of a positive memory of Chili’s, just leave it at that. As a memory, you don’t want the disappointment and emotional damage that comes from this place honestly. Thank you for your attention to this matter

We had Kylee Carr for a server and she was FANTASTIC! Attentive, helpful, charming.
our food was hot, fresh. Drinks were great. Super disappointed in the management though. We waited over half an hour after finishing our meal to leave a good review because we paid in cash and werent able to on the tabletop tablets.
Will probably still be back, hopefully more attentive managers on shift. Its lame to not be able to leave feedback just because we opt to pay in cash.

Absolutely disgusting with customer service. Called Tabitha the manager to complain about my sons burger being raw. My son is now sick and I do believe it is due to this nasty raw meat!!!! I called them to let them know and all I heard was cracking up laughing about something the entire time.. whatever… she’s a liar, because when I spoke to her once again to get corporate contact she said it was due to a birthday party… so she was laughing with them while on the phone with a customer complaint? This makes zero sense. Isn’t the phone located away from guest and in the To-go room near the bar?? Right, right… she refunded me $15. Very unprofessional. When I told her how unsatisfied with the service I have received she said “sorry about that have a good day”. That was NOT enough to make it right! Definitely never going back. Thank you miss miserable Tabitha for making this decision extremely easy for us to never return. We were always ordering to-go, but thanks to your unprofessionalism and miserable attitude along with little to NO care my son ate sort of raw meat, we won’t be back.. we will post, be loud, contact corporate, etc. This was a true blessing to mark this place OFF our “go-to” list for dinner due to crappy service and disgusting food. Thank you.
