Stoppped by for something small to eat before we went to aldis so I ordered the Mac and cheese and when I tell u $4 and some change for 10 noodles is outrageous, asked them to put more Mac n cheese or something and they said that’s the portion size, if your gonna charge $4 for Mac and cheese atleast give a decent portion

If I could give zero stars I would. Belle is soooo nasty and rude!!!! She slammed the window in face when I asked to add a 4- piece mozzarella stick to my order. They droppedcmy food on the ground!!! The young manager on duty was zero help!! These teens don’t want work. Once I received the 2nd round of food it was cold.

Mac and cheese was cold. The roast beef sandwiches were just theow together. The only good food was the curly fries. Customer service wasn’t very nice, but not the worst

I ordered thru drivethru a combo and an extra order of crinkle fries. I got my roast beef and shake and 1 container of fries that was completely a fry ordered. I got some mixed up cold fries. Can see pics below . I waited for woman in drive thru to acknowledge me to correct this. She walked back and forth to computer screen but never brought the correct fries. She had already thrown the arby’s sauce in bag with attitude
I waited for 5 min for her to correct order. She did not. I got tired of waiting and holding the line up for others. I will not go back thru drivethru there at River City. I left. Times are hard but you should make sure your customers that pay for your salary are happy with their order. I even tried to call back to the restaurant and no one answered. The phone rang at least 20 rings without an answering machine either. Very poor customer service.

It’s raining here today right now as I type this review. Had no idea I’d have to stop to the speaker to pick up a UE order. I’m literally at the window. The young lady opens the window, I tell her that I’m picking up for UE she tells me to go back around to the speaker. Mind you it’s raining and IM AT THE WINDOW. Then says its policy. Nowhere does it mentions that other than to come in the store but since it’s raining and you don’t want to get the customers food wet so the next best option is to come drive thru. No cats behind me, FYI. Update your policy or train those weirdos at the window
