Alexis was GREAT!!! Food was on point and tasted great!!! Great lunch!! I couldn’t decided on my third food choice for my meal, told Alexis to pick and surprise me!! She didn’t disappoint !!! Plus, the bathroom smelled great and was clean

Came in at 11 am for lunch and ordered big mouth bites. When they came out the edges were black. When I looked under the patties they were black. I waited 10 min for the server to come back and she didn’t. Had to get someone else to take them back to the kitchen. Waited another 20 min for new food to come out. I asked for the check because I had an appt to get to. I ate 1 slider and waited for the server to come back to get a to go box. She never did. I left my 3 remaining sliders on the table. The manager never came out to speak to us. The server never refilled my drink and ignored us. I am very disappointed. The sliders never should have been served as burnt as they were. The manager should have come to apologize and take the food off the check.

Food and ambience is good. But I tried their blue shark cocktail but it’s not as I expected. I feel it’s over flavoured and the color is too much. Apart from that everything is good and we really enjoyed the food and drinks..

Chili’s hack. Put a mozzarella sticks on the sliders. See pics . Great service and great food. I Highly recommend the cheese sticks.

New years we ordered 2 old fashioned burger, they were so over done and dry we through them away. Last night i orded 1/2 slab of rib, the must have sat under the heat lamp for some time, thw BBQ Sauce was like a thick pastsr and the rib was the pits, even the fries were hard.
It will be a long time before i waste my money at this Chili’s.

Ultimate Cajun pasta was delicious. The pick two fajitas were awesome. We will add Chili’s back to our places to eat in Decatur list. Service has improved greatly.

So hit and miss. We went at 645 on a Friday night and it was busy. We expected that and for it to be slow but it was really slow. My broccoli was forgotten and when it came out it was raw. We went a few weeks ago and I had the most delicious broccoli. The lack of consistency is the issue.

We order the QP burger on the 3 for me menu. Fantastic price and great burger! Consistently good chicken enchilada soup and the burger is very flavorful. The service in Decatur has also been consistently good.

We went to Chili’s on 9-20 to take my mother out for her birthday and I have never been more pleased with the service we received in a restaurant. Our server Daniel was wonderful he made sure we always had everything we needed and made our trip to Decatur absolutely delightful.
