We had an awesome experience at Chili’s in Trussville! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect from Chili’s — but the service is what really stood out. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish.
I especially want to shout out the manager Ashley. She was professional, welcoming, and clearly cares about both her team and the customers. It makes such a difference when management is present and engaged, and Ashley absolutely sets the tone for a great dining experience.

Chilis hasnt been good in a long time- long waits, medium food, slow staff, etc. But we were hungry and said oh well.
Went in and it was awesome. Marquiss was beyond polite, fast, and got everything right. He also had a huge party at the same time but made sure he helped them and his tables to the max. Plenty of refills, never an empty cup. Food came out quickly and was delicious. Even hostess was super sweet. Will for sure go back!

It’s my 1st time here for the new year and it wasn’t a bad experience me and a friend of mine decided to eat here we were seated at the table by a young girl and she gave us our menu and when our waiter came we were greeted with a friendly and professional demeanor so he took our order and when our food came everything was cooked to perfection so while we were eating he didn’t come back to check on us to see if we needed any condiments or refills on our beverages the people that sat behind us seemed to have his attention for quite some time my friend had to stop him after the 4th time he walked past me to ask for a refill. But it’s not the worse that ever happened to me in a restaurant after we ate she left him a $10 tip

Number One, I should have known to drive away when I saw am almost empty parking lot. We had not been in a Chili’s in years. The prices we, to us, very high. We try to not waste money ever. My husband would only order a bowl of soup. Even that was high and the portion small. I had a salad and it was good. The server did a good job and got a decent tip.
Before we left, I went to the ladies room. If I had been in a position where I could have walked away and waited until I got home, I would have. It was BAD.

Horrible experience!! I’m never a person to leave bad reviews and always try to give people a chance especially when they’re busy trying their best but this time was different. We went in with our family to dine in and we waited for a hostess to sit us for quite a while. Finally we were seated only to be unattended for more than 20 minutes. The waitress who was to take care of us gave us bad looks, completely ignored us, and never once greeted us. She walked up to the hostess boy who sat us down and looked as if she was getting on to him for sitting us down in her section. She was only serving two tables at the time. We were so frustrated that we ended up walking out. Never going back there again.

The host that day was the worst. When we came in she stated it was a 30 minute wait. I told her that was fine and asked if we could still be seated(at a table) just so we could order drinks from the bar. I had my 12 year old son so i knew he couldnt sit at the bar plus it wasn’t enough room at the bar it was 5 of us. She told me no. About 20 minutes of us wait a gentleman walked up and asked if we were waiting for a table for 4 I said no baby we have 5 he said come with me. Before we coukd get up good to follow him she screamed from the other side of the room I told them no I can do my own job. At that time an older couple maybe 70s were standing at the counter waiting to be seated they turned and left because they said that was rude as well. We were eventually seated and they tried to put 5 of us in a booth. So I asked if we coukd get a bigger table which seemed as if it wasn’t a problem. Our waitress came in prompt time got our orders and everything but she never tried to refill cups or anything of that nature. We had to ask for silverware and napkins.

Marquiss is an amazing server, I let him know that I have a major shrimp allergy so any time I come to this location he remembers my allergy. He is very knowledgeable about the menu and always gives great recommendations for any new menu items.

I’m giving it 5 stars for Lay! She was absolutely amazing and she wasn’t even our server. Our own server was not meeting expectations at all especially considering we waited 23 minutes just to be greeted and asked what we wanted to drink and overall just not serviceable or attentive in anything down to forgetting my mother in laws food which was just a salad while me and my husband were eating for at least 20 minutes.But Lay stopped by several times to put a rush on it or bring it herself. She brought us chips and salsa which we didn’t order just so we had something while waiting, straws and silverware since we didn’t have any and at the end and even brought us to-go drinks and boxes after we had already asked our own server and were waiting for 15 minutes watching her just walk around. We will come back because of Lay and how hard she worked to make our experience memorable in a GOOD way. Thank you so much Lay
