It’s a nice restaurant. I’m surprised it’s not too busy at lunch time. The staff are so nice. The menu is very reasonable. Price is good. We did a takeout today. The food is delicious. The loaded potato soup here is a bit bigger than the other restaurant. The burger has good thick meat. Mango iced tea is heavenly.
I’ll return tomorrow for sure.

We sat in the Bar and our waitress was fantastic, plus her Tattoos were amazing!
I ordered the “Triple Decker” appetizer with Big mouth bites, Honey Chipotle Chicken crispers, and of course Fried Mozzarella. Chili’s has the BEST Fried Mozzarella Sticks… period!! Oh and you have to try Chili’s chips and salsa. Served warm, salty and tasty.
One thing I do wish Chili’s offered is a “Chili” pepper ️ spicy Blanco cheese dip, in addition to the yellow cheese dip.

Ordered the big rancher burger. It did not come with the six strips of bacon as the description implied, they threw a few bacon bits on top of a patty. Fries are stale and have not even salted. I wonder how long they’ve been sitting out. Will not be returning.

My family and I recently visited this restaurant, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the hostess had a noticeably negative and unwelcoming attitude toward us. We were offered a dirty table right next to the restrooms.
We politely asked if we could be seated at a clean table away from the restroom area. The restaurant was not busy, and there were several other tables available. Despite this, the hostess refused to accommodate our reasonable request. Because of the way we were treated, we decided to leave.
We informed the manager about the situation before leaving. A hostess sets the tone for the entire dining experience, and guests should be greeted with professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
I also noticed multiple tables that had not been cleaned. Cleanliness and respectful customer service should always be a priority. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future guests do not have a similar experience.

Our new favourite place to dine. The food is great quality, fresh, tasty and always cooked to perfection. Both servers we’ve had the past couple of visits have been amazing!
Always make you feel welcome and nothing is too much for them.

Our waitress Candance was amazing, made us feel right at home. She was attentive, helpful and fun! Thank you for a very enjoyable time while we were there! Food was great! Even sent us with TO-Go cups which was awesome!!

I am very upset with my visit. My friends and I were getting off work and wanting to enjoy our meals. As soon as we get our food 5 minutes into it we’re asked if we need boxes. Then as we go to pay, we’re then just sitting enjoying our drinks. Then a girl comes by and asks if we want her to take any of our cups away and I said no that’s ok. Then she’s like “not even the empty ones?” with an attitude. Then I was like okay whatever sure and hand her a couple ones that were still half full?? Then our server comes by again and asks if we want dessert again after we’ve already paid. All of this happened before the hour mark before close. I’m a server too and can understand wanting to close, but this whole experience really is just a big no no considering the timing of everything. We were so rushed and for what? Y’all weren’t even busy and it’s like we were bothering you while we were still even eating. “Not ordering more then get out” was the vibe

I want to preface this review with the fact that I hardly EVER leave negative reviews because I know how it can impact a business, but I really want to make sure that nobody has to experience this like we did.
I have visited a lot of restaurants in my personal life as well as many more in my professional life hosting clients and events. This has to be one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. The staff with the exception of the waitress had absolutely no idea what they were doing. The waitress was GREAT, but the rest of the staff was terrible. They brought the wrong food to our table multiple times then took it to other tables. Took food to other tables that belonged to us. The topper to all of this was the huge hair found in the mac and cheese that unfortunately the one member of our group had to pull out of their mouth. Once this happened, the manager was called over and actually never spoke. He heard what we had to say and took the plate and then walked away. He didn’t even acknowledge the problem. Then the person who had the hair in his mac and cheese; his daughter came over and had a huge hair in between her ice cream and cookie on her dessert. At this point with the manager never coming back, he walked back into the kitchen to show them and noticed that not a single person was wearing hair or beard protection as required by Florida law. The sanitary conditions of this restaurant were terrible and are not even close to being up to health and safety standards. I wanted to bring this to your attention since this would be deemed a major violation by the Florida Department of Health.
Even the table behind us was completely grossed out and actually left because of the state of the restaurant and what happened with our group.Finally, the waitress came over and asked if the manager took care of it. We said no, he hasn’t even come back yet. She was absolutely appaled and went and got him. He came back, never apologized and just said “you can go now”. That was the extent of the interaction. We tipped the waitress generously and left with a very bad taste in our mouths about Chilis and their management style.Honestly I would have expected more from a Chili’s, as we have always had good experiences with them and one of our best friends works for Chili’s in NY and we love it there. There is a severe lack of training with the management at this establishment and keeping within health code standards.

Had a mushroom Swiss burger. It was cooked to my liking a little greasy but taste amazing. French fries were seasoned well in the atmosphere was calm and friendly. One thing I didn’t realize is that you can pay directly at the table, you don’t need to wait for a server. I wish I knew that the moment we sat down the server forgot to mention that. So we were waiting for the server to accept our payment. Other than that everything was well.

Stacy the server was awesome and very cool and friendly. Food was good for Chills standards at least . . It is Chillis not Gordon Ramsey restaurant . But the margaritas was really good and for $6 dollars is a great price compared to other places that charge you almost double the price and not as good. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the host took a while to sit me . To be fair I did come 30 minutes before closing. But she was friendly. Give me thumbs up if this review help
