Great food great service. They asked if I wanted to sample any sauces and I asked for the honey moon dust and I thought it would be on a toothpick or something like most places but instead they came out with a whole cooked wing! Enjoyed everything I had. Wings are cooked perfect, portions are big and very reasonably priced. Also if you’re a salads person their salad was so fresh and filled with lots of veggies and whatever protein you get on it. Highly highly recommend this place!

Talk about zero service. Dude was standing at the order area. Bagging up some to go orders. Didn’t acknowledge at all. Nothing. Then finally did asking what I wanted. Then stopped helping me to ring up someone who initially came in and used the rest room and then bought a drink. Rang her up and then some other guy walked in and he started talking to him. I mean literally the worst service ever. Won’t go back. Don’t recommend them. I mean how difficult is it to greet people when they come in. Oh and there was no one in there dining at 8p… wonder why.

The restaurant was very clean and comfortable. The person taking our order was friendly, accurate and helpful. Wings are crunchy without breading and cooked perfectly. They make their own sauces and the Thai chili is great. We had theirs burgers, boneless wings (hand cut from chicken breast), Philly cheesesteak and a chicken shrimp sub. All the food tasted great and came out as ordered. They even had a variety of seasonings for your fries or other food. Plan on spending about $15 a person but it’s definitely worth it.

I really love their wings. They have this new spicy peach flavor and I love it. I was skeptical at first but then when I actually tried I ended up liking it. I also got the chopped cheese and I was totally wrong about it. It tasted amazing. The customer service have improved drastically. And I will definitely come back for more

I was craving fried dill pickles, and saw that abw carried them. So I got the large size. But when I got them home a few minutes later, I couldn’t eat them. They tasted burnt. And they were as hard as rocks. It was like trying to bite or chew little rocks, literally. I couldn’t even cut them with knife.

Didn’t know this place existed, but figured let’s give it a try. The place was a good size but the decor is a lacking and maybe just starting out. Again nitnsure how long they have been open. The food amount was surprising. Got a philly steak with shrimp combo. I thought it was just the sandwitch with the shrimp but if came with a healthy helping of fries. Got a order of fried pickles that was a food size as well. Daughter got a burger with cheese fies. They was decent . Wife got the regular philly and a side of Fried crabsticks. She enjoyed her philly too. The sticks were ok seemed like fancy fish sticks. Overall I was suprised it was good. We will eat Herr again.

This establishment doesn’t even deserve the one star that I gave. I have been a long time customer, but these days that means nothing. Not only was one of my entrees missing a chicken tender upon delivery, but my turkey burger was also missing. Their solution? That I could make a trip down to them and I could receive my missing food. I work long 16 hour shifts as a CNA. I spent extra to have it delivered because as you can imagine I am exhausted. I will NOT be going back to this place. Don’t get food here. I didn’t even get a refund.

I don’t even know if I’ll give this place another try based on customer service and an inability to effectively LISTEN to understand instead of listening to respond/argue. Online the fish filets look large/long but don’t be fooled because they are baby fish filets. We asked if a salad comes with the meal and were informed it would be an upcharge so we said never mind we would take the fries and I asked for a menu that details the salads. I was rudley pointed to a menu that didn’t have any more information than the menu on the wall. I wanted to know if what kind of lettuce and if it had tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, onions, etc. and that info isn’t listed anywhere.
Barely any drinks at the drink machine work.
When our food was ready they had us a salad…that we were upcharged for and we didn’t even ask for it. I had to ask and explain why I wanted a refund for the upcharge for something we didn’t order. Then they said it would be 15 mins for fries. Since when does it take 15 mins to make fries? being difficult because they messed the order up is uncalled for and continuously tried to blame us saying we said yes when he asked if we wanted a salad (which isn’t true).
They said it comes with 2 slices of white bread and it looks like wheat bread.
Atmosphere is very basic and not welcoming, lots of open space with nothing going on.
Very bad first impression. Doubt I’ll be back.
