First time ever trying chili’s and I did curbside pick up here, The server who brought the food out to me was nice but the food itself was presented horribly, I ask for the steak medium well but this looks like fossil fuel.

We went late at night and the service wasn’t bad. We got steak, and spring rolls. Steak was cooked right and the mashed potatoes were fluffy. The saled was nice and fresh too. Corn was great, love it!

The chips are so dang awesome… we truly enjoyed our lunch. The tickets got mixed up with another ticket. So that was the only draw back. It is a bit funny the other table ordered exactly what we did but one person had a soda.

Our servers name was Sabrina. She was a best server I’ve ever had since I have been coming to Chili’s she suggested drinks appetizers she told us about the specials that was going on. Before I retired I was a restaurant general manager and I would have loved to have had her on my payroll. I have not had service like that in a very long time I was very pleased along as well as my husband was. You all have yourselves a very good hire there. We are planning on coming back very soon to have her wait on us again she was fantastic one-hundred-percent best server

The bartender/server Christina is fabulous! Usually Chilis is hit or miss for us, but today’s experience in Winter Haven was one of the best meals and experiences we’ve had at a Chilis. The entire team was friendly and our food came out fast, fresh, and hot. The blackberry and strawberry margaritas were so good and tasted like candy.

Used to be our place to go but quality of food dropped. Tried it again last Sunday. Still quite disappointed. My friend and I both ordered the pasta dish with chicken. It looked as if they sat to long under the warming lights before the expediter got them to us. Sent them back, both husbands had finished theirs before ours came back. So, needless to say, we won’t go back for another long while. Husbands meals (burger, wings) were adequate, but they’ll eat anything!!!
