Your basic chili’s, nothing special. Food came out hot staff was nice. Water tasted bad to me. Went to the car and got some bottles from our bag to drink at the table with our margaritas.

This was Leo’s first time visiting Chili’s and he was very welcomed by the manager Autumn, the food seemed to take a while but we had a big party that night. The food was very good and hot. We will definitely return with Leo.

This evening we had dinner at Chili’s, and although it was an extremely busy night, the service was outstanding. From the moment guests were coming in, the team was moving quickly and efficiently. The manager was on the floor the entire time, actively engaged with his team, and it really showed. I’ve been here many times, but tonight stood out because of how well everything was handled during such a rush.
I want to especially commend Matt, our waiter. We were surprised to learn it was only his first week out of training he did a phenomenal job. Truly impressive.
I also had the opportunity to speak with the manager, Todd, to personally express how pleasant our visit was and to recognize what a great job the entire team did serving everyone this evening.

Great Experience at Chili’s!
The food was delicious, especially the chips, which were fresh and perfectly crispy. I really enjoyed the “Three for Me” deal…it’s a great value and perfect for a full, satisfying meal. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, making it a great place to bring the whole family. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Upon my arrival, the place was packed, and I doubted that my friend and I would be seated promptly. However, as soon as we approached the hostess and mentioned we were a party of two, she promptly seated us. The waitress was extremely attentive, and our food arrived promptly. The wonderful experience made catching up with my friend all the more enjoyable.

One of the better chilis I’ve been to recently. I don’t remember our severs name but she did a fantastic job and it was her birthday yesterday! She made sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us continuously. The food was good and so was the atmosphere. Anytime my kids eat all their food it’s a win! Overall a great chilis experience!

So what started off as a bad night turned into a great night thanks to Todd the manager. After a door dash driver had reportedly eaten the food I paid for, verified through DoorDash customer service, Todd personally took time out of his day, after I’m sure was a long day at work and kindly brought my food to me. I thank him tremendously and will never forget that wonderful act of kindness from this restaurant. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue, but each time they have made things right. The only reason why I frequently order from them is their excellent customer service… minus door dash THANK YOU TODD
