the quesadillas are the size of a chip and don’t even bring chicken. portions in other chilis are never this small, bet they like supercharging college students and giving them literal nothing food. for ten bucks or more you can get something that at least brings chicken inside of it. horrible food and horrible pricing.

I dine in once and give them a second chance with a take out. Both time my food was cold. Their Mac and cheese is watery and cold. Even though I specifically asked for my food to be hot. Not the best place to eat on campus. Better options are available! Food is not that good for their prices!

I ordered on GrubHub on campus and they didn’t put my order in for half an hour bc they didn’t have something I ordered, and they substituted it for a mini molten lava cake which was barely thawed, let alone molten. Also this is the second time I’ve gotten the broccoli and neither time was it seasoned.

Don’t do it.
I went with two other friends, was the first to order, and got my food last: an hour later. Everyone ate at different times because it took that long for the food to arrive. Also, I ordered from the sides menu and my order still took them longer than the burgers my friends got. The food was incredibly salty and clearly microwaved.

The food is good but prices are a little too much especially since their main customers are college students lol. Also, I have come here 4 times and only once I actually got a fork and a knife, the other times I only got a fork and had to get up and go ask for a knife. Lastly, I order the same thing every time I come and twice they have told me that what I’m ordering is different from what it actually is and I literally had to tell them what the plate brings and they were like “ok i guess”. There is major incompetence in the employees and they don’t know how to interact with people they make every interaction awkward as if you were speaking a different language. (I’m bilingual btw). There is a major lack of correct training systems as well as employee skill maintenance checks put in place. Unfortunately, I will keep coming because they are the only place at the university with good tasting healthy food options and by healthy i mean low calories.

Food is fresh & tasty, but service is inconsistent. This one is on the FIU main campus & I go here once in a long while to get their chicken enchilada soup. Sometimes there’s no one or only one customer waiting for pick up & it still takes too long to get my order of one or two bowls of soup. And they don’t accept gift cards. This place is usually my 4th option, if I’m in the mood.

Ordered from Grubhub and waited 20 minutes only for them to tell me they didn’t have the item I ordered. Gave me a ripped in half menu to look at and took another 10 minutes prepare my new food. My Grubhub order had 2 sides along with it which they didn’t give me in the end.

Brian is the guy that always takes care of my order, he is always busy but provides exceptional service and is always attentive of all the people at the bar. I’m a senior and I’ve seen maybe like 5 other bartenders but he is by far the best one chilis has!

Worst service on campus. Long wait and cold food. Every time a order food they miss something.
Last time a went there, my girlfriend’s food was served cold and on top of that they forgot my order. I waited 30 minutes thinking that the kitchen was slow at that time, but for my surprise I went to the cashiers and saw all the cookers doing anything and taking with the servers.
