What an amazing experience at Chef Mo’s Sunday brunch. When we walked in Karen greeted us like a family friend. It was so warm. She realized it was our first visit and she went through all the tables of food in detail. And the food was all so home cook feel we just love it. The brisket was delicious. The fried chicken was awesome. The omelette was perfectly cooked. The peach crumble was exceptional. The service was top notched. When we paid, Chef Mo mentioned to us it was their 4 year anniversary and I couldn’t believe the price. The food and the service were just exceptional and definitely worth a lot more than what they charged. Next time when we visit Knoxville we will surely come back again!

My youngest son Rain could not believe how, Chef Mo’s grilled mojo chicken & potatoes dinner was just grilled to perfection.
And the wakanda island punch was just the perfect ice cold drink on a hot summer day.
I hope that one day, Chef Mo’s Café will open more home style southern brunch in other states so America can taste the best grilled chicken.

When we told Chef Mo that we were throwing a wedding for 200 people in our front yard he said, “Wow, y’all are really doing it right!”. Everything about our experience working with Chef Mo and his team was easy and worth it. Chef Mo was easy to communicate with regarding planning, his team (Latonya and Leroy) were punctual, friendly, and encouraging, and the food was amazing. We had everything from greens to brisket and we had comments from our guests (who live across the country) saying that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. Chef Mo is a true staple in South Knoxville and the surrounding areas. Definitely hire him and his team for your next catered event.

We just ate here for the first time today and we are so upset we didn’t find this place sooner!! Everything we ordered was amazing. We are driving home and live 30 minutes away and all anyone talked about on the car ride was how delicious their food was! Portions are great, price is great for the portion sizes and the owner was super welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back soon!

Service was amazing! The owner is really friendly. He even gave us an extra sweet tea on the house. The food really satisfied my craving for a top notch southern style dinner. I don’t prefer to eat meat, but Chef Mo’s has a plethora of different sides I can choose from, so it was great to have so many delicious options. My partner does eat meat and he says his meal was tasty as well.
