We came here hoping for a happy hour but the only thing on their menu for happy hour were drink specials, no food specials and you have to sit in the bar area to get their drink specials.
It was a Friday and it was busy in the bar area and they only had the bartender that was bartending and serving and her service was ok, she was able to manage.
I ordered the fajitas and my husband had one of their burgers. The food was nothing special and we had their chips and salsa but the salsa was extremely watered down.
The restaurant is an open style with comfortable booth seating with some high tops in the bar area. Most Chili’s that I have been to have the same atmosphere setting. There was plenty of free parking.
Unfortunately I would not come back. I didn’t enjoy their food and there are so many other options in this area and I would prefer to look for another place to eat.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but today’s order felt like a complete waste of money. I spent $43 for pickup on two 12-piece wings, and the quality was extremely disappointing. The wings tasted old and dried out, the texture was rubbery, and most pieces were mostly bone with barely any meat. Really unsatisfying overall.
I went into the restaurant immediately after receiving the message that my order was ready, and I live less than 5 minutes away. There’s no way the chicken would degrade that quickly, so it was clearly served to me like this.
The inside of the wings looked gray, dry, and stringy — like old chicken. Definitely not fresh or properly cooked.

Very nice experience. This was our first time at this location and I was very pleasantly surprised. The place is very clean throughout and very well kept. The place was bustling with customers and yet we were seated right away and a server was quickly at our table to take our orders. I ordered a glass of wine and the steak and chicken combo fajitas. The wine took I bit too long to arrive but the food was served quickly, totally sizzling, and tasty. The meat was a bit overcooked and the tips felt and tasted burnt. The service was great the entire time. Our server, Chris, was friendly, helpful and very attentive. I surely recommend this Chili’s for pleasant meal at a reasonable price with great service.

We had such a great experience at Chili’s on Sunday the 22nd! We always love coming here, especially with their new menu items — the Chicken Bacon Ranch Nachos are so good!
My husband ordered the Fajita Trio, and I had the chicken sandwich. At first, my sandwich was a little salty, but when I explained it to our server, Maria, she handled it immediately and with such a positive attitude. No hesitation, no issues — she had it remade and brought it back out perfectly crispy and delicious.
Management also stopped by to make sure everything was perfect, so thank you to Roman for checking in on us. That level of service really makes a difference.

We stopped into this Chili’s in the Shops at Beacon Lakes, Miami after a long, hot day at my sons’ travel soccer game (we’re not from around here), and I just have to say — this was hands down one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve had in a long time.
Our server, Jordan, was incredible from the moment we sat down. He greeted us immediately, and our drinks arrived within what felt like a minute. He took our order promptly, and the food came out quickly and perfectly prepared.
What really stood out was Jordan’s attentiveness — but in the best possible way. He wasn’t overbearing or constantly interrupting. Instead, we would glance down and suddenly there were fresh drinks, clean napkins, and cleared plates. It honestly felt like he knew what we needed before we did! He was calm, steady, and completely unflustered the entire time — which is such a refreshing change from servers who either hover too much or disappear entirely.
He knew the menu inside and out and helped us choose exactly what we were in the mood for. He reminded me I could upgrade my chicken salad, so I went with the salmon for a meager $3 upcharge and it was absolutely delicious. My husband’s burger was cooked perfectly. Everything was spot on.
And when I asked for a box for leftovers — wow. Jordan didn’t just bring a box. He came prepared with boxes, napkins, utensils, dressing cup lids, a bag, and even to-go drink cups with fresh refills. He remembered my lemons! That level of thoughtfulness is rare.
The service was impeccable and timely, the restaurant was clean, and the overall energy was great. Since we don’t live in the area, stopping here was a bit of a gamble — but it was definitely a hit. Gotta ask for Jordan!

We’re not locals from around here and honestly I was iffy about coming to chili’s as I’ve had not so good experiences in the past. Let me tell you, I am glad we chose chili’s. We drove away from another near by location and ended at this one! The food and ambient was great and not to mention our server Mahdi. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This is by far the best chilis we have been to (we go to a lot) the food was amazing and Mahdi our server went above and beyond to make sure we always had our cups full and whatever else we needed to have an enjoyable dinner! We will def be back to this location service this food is hard to come across now a days so give that man a raise!!!

I’ve been here a few times. The first time I ordered the SW egg rolls, which were terrific. Hot and fresh, and one of the others was wings, which were dry and overcooked. I didn’t say anything, but this last time, the items I received were either burnt or raw, inedible. There’s no way I’m ever going back there ever. I gave them 3 chances to change my mind. Not only that I believe they knew the quality of the food was poor because when I went to check the guy run in the back. This very tall guy.

I called in the morning to make a reservation for 25 people, they told me that they could come at 1:00 pm, the manager was very nice to me. When I arrived I realized that they did not know, but quickly the girls who were there and the manager grouped the tables together and seated us in less than 5 minutes…
The waitress who served us is the most patient person in the world… 25 people with more than 8 accounts and she patiently organized everything and helped us with everything… Victoria, you are the best!!!!
