Chili’s is DELICIOUS, you hear me? I keep forgetting! We don’t visit frequently, but when we do! *Chefs kiss* For all my steak snobs, yes, they actually cook true to temperature. Though I can’t speak for the burgers on temperature; granted, if you’re ordering a smash burger and think you can control the temperature, I can’t help you anyway.
No one is going to a Chili’s for the ambiance, so the folks calling it unclean can relax.
The margaritas are STILL glorious – of course, don’t go to a Chili’s and order an old fashioned and get mad when they can’t make you one! Get a steak, some fajitas, a margarita, and be happy!

Wanted to give a shout out to Santos, our waiter today. Without doubt, I’ve had the best dining experiences possible – 5 stars across the board, every time when he’s taking care of us. Our family has dined here dozens of times and every single time has been stellar. We will always come back here and here only – specifically to have a chance of getting to be one of his tables.

Met up with friends for an early dinner. First time at this location and it was good. Server was amazing. Very kind and sweet. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. They made it work with our strollers (sleeping babies). It was a great time!

It was my wife’s and I 2nd wedding anniversary and it was absolutely amazing time. The manager Kim Clarke was wonderful. The food was great, hot and fresh. Our waiter Santos made my wife, mother in law, son and I feel like we were apart of his family. This was an all around great experience. We got seated and served with ZERO problems or wait. I would have to say, we’re planning our next date night at Chilli’s

The food was really good. I had the Bacon chicken ranch quesadilla. It was really good. My son had shrimp fajitas. The service was poor. The server seemed nice, but never refilled our drinks. It also took him a long time just to get out to go boxes as well. The restaurant was very clean.

The manager on shift tonight was absolutely amazing! Sofer (pardon my spelling if it’s wrong), was terrific. We had a small issue with one of our sides, and he went above and beyond to accommodate us before we left. Our server was also very kind!

I was very pleased with the service. Monica had a lot of tables due to the rush and still made sure we’re were always taken care of. Very happy with everything. The food was amazing and so was the manager Kim when she came by afterwards to make sure we were all taken care of. Def our Go-to location for a good dinner from now on.

We had a great time here! Party of 4 for dinner on a Friday. The rack of ribs, surf and turf, and kids pizza and fries were great! The service was awesome as well. Our waiter was Santos and he was fantastic. The manager Kim was also wonderful!

Wow It’s 5:20 pm : I’ve always been a fan of Chili’s, but my recent visit to this Apopka location was disappointing. While the food was great “ Way To Go Kitchen You Guys Rock , Now the bar experience was a taste palette letdown.
The bar is crucial for setting the right atmosphere, and unfortunately, my bartender struggled with a simple drink order a Long Island Iced Tea. This is a basic cocktail that should be easy to make, and when it doesn’t taste right, it’s a problem. When I was offered a remake, I declined; if it wasn’t made correctly the first time, I didn’t have confidence it would be any better.
Having worked in the entertainment industry for over 17 years and having sampled drinks from around the world, I can confidently say that a bartender should be able to craft a basic drink properly. It’s disappointing to leave drinks untouched due to poor quality.
I hope the team can improve their bartending skills, as I would love to return for the food, but the bar experience needs significant enhancement.
If the guy is training 5pm you need all hands on deck.. We need bartenders with experience at the helm’s of this ship..
