Experience/Environment: What’s funny is how “chilly” it is, every time you walk into any Chili’s. Layout is cool, as soon as you walk in, the bar area is right there and the restroom is tucked toward the left. At other Chili’s you usually have to look around a bit for it. All the staff we interacted with were very fun except our waitress sadly. Shoutout to the young man that brought out our chips and salsa with the “Queso Crew” shirt and Cindy (fun hair).
Price: To be expected. Same as other Chili’s. Once you know the cost of one Chili’s, you know the others. If you like burgers, the 3 for Me is a steal. You get the burger, side, and drink for like 14, 15$
Food: Delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly. The sauce on top of it always gives it an extra kick. I highly recommend the quesadilla explosion salad. Burger was cooked very well as well. For some reason, they always forget the bacon, this one did not so major props lol.
Service: Here we go lol. Abby, our waitress..she did a little walk by and said she’ll be with us soon, ok no problem. When she finally came over she asked if she can get our drink orders, excited I said sure and asked if we can place our entire order as well because we were ready. She hesitated and though slight her attitude shifted — then said yes. FIRST thing that came out of my mouth. I have a queso reward, can I use it with my explosion salad? We’re doing the 3 for me for his but the salad count as an entree right? Her answer: “Yes.” We order, she clicks a couple things then says we’ll redeem the reward later. Cool. Queso crew guy came out with chips and salsa with queso super quick, energized, and happy. After a little bit, Cindy comes out with our food, same thing, fun, makes conversation , we all laugh and joked — she had a great personality , wish she was our waitress. Throughout our meal, Abby checked on us a couple times, kudos there.
Time for the check. I looked at the little tablet and everything is a la cart. Abby walked by a few times and when we finally caught her, we asked for the check and she told us it’s on the tablet. We looked again, then alerted her it was all showing a la cart. She comes back and says, she can’t take off the queso but won’t be about to take off the lemonade because the chips comes off with the queso and now there wasn’t a “3” in the 3 for me. That’s when I reminded her that’s the first thing we asked. She then looked at me, tilted her head and asked “Would you like be to take off the lemonade” — in the tone you would talk to a child. — Dear Abby, in every scenario, every use case, every situation, the answer will always be yes. You’re welcome in advance. I looked at her and she said, I will go ask my manager. When she returned, bill went from 52$ to 34$. Make that make sense. In what world would I not ask you to fix what you did wrong? Come on. Get it together.

What is this feeling of Sunday lunch for the $6 special margs and watching football! We got the 3 for me deal which includes entree, side, and beverage. I picked the QP burger and side house salad. My buddy got his 3 for me deal with unlimitedddd chips and salsa. The pink and green margs are pretty popular! (Chilis already sold out of the cutesy stirrers like in the picture.)
The burger was super filling and the marg was pretty strong, imo. Our group had a great time and our server was super friendly!

Bri was our server she was amazing. The epitome of what it means to be great at what you do. We were here on valentine’s day and it was super busy as suspected. She made us feel super cared for and checked in on. She was great from the time we were seated until the time we left. Just amazing at her job and customer service!

This Chili’s delivers solid food, and I’m happy to say the ribs still have that same great flavor I remember from my first visit. Everything we ordered tasted good, and the portions were satisfying. However, the service could have been better. Our server brought out the main dishes while our appetizer plates were still on the table, making it a bit cramped since we were a party of three with multiple dishes. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it did make the experience less smooth. Despite that, I’d still come back for the food!

We ordered ribs and after 10 min. of making the order, they told us they did not have ribs. We ordered something else. The place was half empty and they took 25 min. to bring the appetizer. The appetizer came out at the same time than 3 other dishes. The other 2 people that were with us had to wait 10 more minutes for their food. Only 1 of them had ordered ribs previously. The appetizer was good, the main dishes were plain.

My family and I came in last night for dinner and I must say we were sat promptly greeted pretty fast by our server Erin who turned out to be a fantastic server. Our food was also nice and hot. My mom’s quesadillas came out looking a little dry I asked to have them where they didn’t look so dry and Erin jumped on top of it along with the manager apologizing at our table. Erin also made my mom’s night special with a birthday dessert. We will def be back and hope to have Erin as our server as she was very attentive positive attitude and always had a smile unlike a few servers I seen just looked like they were just over it an not wanting to be there. Please give her a raise. Thanks again Erin and Chili’s for a great dinner and the time we had here.
