Spent over 30 bucks for a to-go meal. I get home and my food was disgusting. The ribs were so over cooked I could not even eat them they was like jerky, the bacon ranch quesadilla was burnt inside and out. Like I’m talking the meat and cheese inside was burnt and way overcooked. The Mac n cheese was soupy. The only thing that I could eat was the mashed potatoes. I will never come back here.
The pics don’t even show the amount of dryness of them ribs because of the sauce.
Never going back only because this is not the 1st time this happened. Last time I let it slide because people have bad days but this is every time I go and no more. I’m done.

For Veterans Day we celebrated a date night together. We come from Spokane Washington. We hated our local chilis and vowed to never return there again. By recommendation we gave this one a chance and all we can say is wow! For as busy as it was, Everything from the food to the drinks and appetizers was amazing. Get the dip trio and enjoy the guacamole. Our steak was cooked perfectly medium rare and steamed broccoli was delicious.

The food AND service, especially Elijah-our server, was outstanding. I love this Chili’s because everyone is so kind and helpful. The food is exactly what you’d expect, it’s fine, not great, but not bad at all. You go to Chili’s you know what you’re getting. I’m not here to review the food though, the only reason I bothered coming to even make a review is just to say Elijah at the Oakleaf location kills it. We went on a Friday at six, it was crazy busy with about a half hour wait and every table full and Elijah was on top of everything and friendly and overall just very good at his job. Good enough I went out of my way to leave a review, which I don’t typically do.

Zach was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, he was personable, attentive, and genuinely kind. He anticipated everything we needed before we even had to ask and made the entire experience feel effortless!?!? His energy was welcoming, his service was seamless, and he truly went above and BEYOND. Hands down one of the best waiters I’ve ever had. Chili’s is lucky to have him!!

Zach was an amazing waiter. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. He checked in at the right times without being overbearing and had a great attitude the whole night. You can tell he really cares about the customers and the experience. The food was immaculate.

The location was great and easy to find. The host staff was friendly and seated us quickly, despite the restaurant being busy. I believe our waitress, Isabel, brought us water and we told her we needed another minute to decide. However, she didn’t return until 15 minutes later, after I had to ask another waiter to check on her. We ordered a beer from the bar, and I saw the bartender set it aside for Isabel to pick up, but it sat there for another 10 minutes before someone finally brought it over. I suspect the same delay happened with our food, as the only item that came out hot was the kids’ pizza.
The young man at the bar noticed our frustration and informed the manager. The manager was willing to make things right, but by that point, I just wanted to leave and take my food to-go. The manager didn’t bring me a box as I expected but instead brought a fresh order of food in a to-go container. Kudos to the kitchen staff ! I told her I was fine with taking the original meal home, but she insisted on remaking it because she is responsible for her team.
A special mention goes to the young man who was seating guests beside us and staying attentive to everyone. I’m sure the experience would have been much different if we had been seated just one table over. We will not return.

Very poor service from the hostesses. Was told we would be seated in an hour and we waited. 2 hours later after watching several small and large parties being seated we left. We addressed the hostesses two times in that 2 hours and even received a text saying that our table would be ready at 8:14 pm. Seated small parties instead of allowing two table to be one empty and put them together to seat us. And seated parties that came in well after us. I work in customer service and could not believe the way we were treated. We like chilis but don’t recommend this one. This happened on 1-30-2026.

I order Cajun pasta for the house, salad and chips and dip, didn’t get my salad nor my chips
