Worst experience ever. Definitely won’t recommend this place at all. They couldn’t accommodate my party of 17 people. They have availability but didn’t want to work. Management was very rude. But I’m glad we found a restaurant that took good care of us. As a cancer patient wanted to do my bridal shower with my immediate family. They seem they didn’t care at all but no worries we had a blast not only Friday but also celebrated Saturday at the same restaurant that really took care of us. Below some pictures of what we enjoyed. 17 plates that you missed. As a business owner I will be mad to know that my staff was incompetent.

This post is long overdue, but I wanted to share it because people are often quick to report bad experiences and forget to highlight the good ones.
We took my daughter to Applebee’s for her birthday in November, and everything was wonderful. They seated our large group within minutes, which really impressed me. The wait staff was friendly, patient, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. My daughter left happy, and so did we.
Thank you to the staff and the manager on duty for making her birthday dinner smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated it!

Had to sit myself at bar no one at door to greet customers. Sat at for 5-10 minutes before getting acknowledged. It’s was manager at bar working and didn’t take my order. Then someone else comes to bar area still no service. Several severs walked pass me making eye contact but no even bothered to ask if I bee waited on.

We ordered takeout last night and up until then I’ve never had a problem. I got my usual 8 oz sirloin which is usually pretty decent. Except this time it was raw. Not rare – completely raw on the inside. The outside was cooked so the first bite I took I thought was just super fatty and I couldn’t chew it so I spit it out. Next bite same thing super chewy but I thought it was fat and ended up swallowing it. By now I could see the entire inside of the steak and realized it was 100% uncooked and raw. Completely inedible. And now I have food poisoning and have been throwing up nonstop. My husband’s boneless wings had hairs in them so he had to throw his food away too. My steamed broccoli wasn’t cooked either but I’ve noticed it never is when I order takeout. I called management and was able to get a refund which I appreciate, but the refund isn’t stopping the fact that I have food poisoning. Never again.

Mind you, this was a trip ckose to closing time and I had just gotten off of too many flights at the airport, but all in all the experience itself was great! The staff is friendly, they check up regularly on drinks, and even when a small hiccup occurred they were swift in correcting it. I ordered a chicken chaser salad, something light, and the taste was well within expectations. Perfectly light, was enjoyable!
For those on the road who need a pit stop along the way and a chance to stretch, relax, and get some food, this location is quite good for that ^_^

Probably my worst experience here yet ordered a Togo got there at 4:40 pm when it was ready they didn’t get my order out till almost 5:10 and they were slow. I work in food service so i understand if they were busy but they were not. I got home and my spinach dip was in a ball and my fiesta lime chicken was soggy. I wouldn’t recommend this specific Apple bees on ridge road at anyone.

Applebee’s is always a safe bet. With a good selection and at least a few things you know will always be good. I just wish they had their half price also apps more often. That’s when it’s totally worth going.

Great food, but online orders aren’t as good as in-store(or different). Take out issues get fixed fast. Service vary by server but in general solid. Management is respectful & responsive. Thanks for the e-gift card!

Applebee’s is a positive sport bar brand with many options of dishes. This location opened until late night and some appetizers were half price in the evening. The service was great but WiFi was kind of slow. We tried several items and my favorite dish was the riblets which were not same as regular ribs but tasted great with sauce. The chicken wonton tacos were too sweet for me and the sauce was too thick for me.
