St. Augustine chilis is a great restaurant all around they were very busy but the hostess was very friendly and had a table for us extremely fast. Our server was Matt and he was just amazing. He didn’t miss a beat. He was very busy and we were a party of 10,but he took great care of us. The food was fast and hot and exactly how we ordered it. The manager was Aubrey and she was on the floor greeting tables and making sure everyone was happy and helping her staff. Thank you Chilis for making my family’s vacation dinner flawless.

Everything great except the water…lol Did the 3 for me smash burger and the bacon cheeseburger. One with soup . Soup just okay. Both came with fries….just okay. Burgers exceptional! Had to wait for attention for salt and pepper and a cola because of the water. Was not busy so kinda quiet.

A friend & I met at Chili’s for lunch. I hadn’t been there in a while & had forgotten how extensive the menu was. It took us a while to decide what we wanted to eat. We each had a side salad which was very fresh & delicious. We split an order of the chicken & bacon quesadillas with a side order of guacamole. Wow! They were great! Our server was so pleasant & very efficient. He did a great job. I plan to return to Chili’s soon to try some of their other menu items.

We visited this location on February 27th at 10:30 AM. Overall, the service and food were great, and we genuinely enjoyed our experience.
However, during our visit, we observed the bartender slicing apples on a cutting board behind the bar without wearing gloves. More concerning, she was eating the same apples she was slicing and placing them back onto the cutting board while continuing to prepare them.
This raised serious hygiene concerns for us. Proper food handling practices are essential, especially in a setting where items are being prepared for customers. While we appreciated the quality of the service and food, this situation did not meet basic cleanliness standards and made us uncomfortable.

I came here tonight looking for nothing more than a Southwestern Eggroll and a decent margarita, but I found so much more. The service was impeccable. My glass was never empty, and the chips and salsa kept flowing like a divine river. The atmosphere was buzzing with an energy that can only be described as spiritual.
But let’s talk about the real miracle here: the insane cheese pull of the Nashville Hot mozzarella sticks. I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s like an angel kissed it and made it descend, and the cheese is trying to go back up to glory. Every bite was a spiritual experience.
Maybe it was the lighting, maybe it was the perfect ratio of cheese to chili in the skillet queso, or maybe it was the company, but at one point, I looked around and thought: I feel God in this Chili’s.
If you need a sign, this is it. Go get the Baby Back Ribs.
