I did to go order of honey chipotle mozzarella sticks and sauce on the side. I trusted that all orders were right so I didn’t check when I received it. But, I realized I didn’t get honey chipotle sauce for my order and my phone call order and receipt are different. I was really disappointed when I opened.

We have had several negative experiences with this Chili’s restaurant over the past decade so we stopped going for a long time. We saw a commercial out there New triple dipper appetizer and decided to go for the mozzarella cheese sticks! My wife ordered a margarita as well. Honestly, while we were there eating, the food was decent. I wouldn’t say it was good, but it wasn’t terrible. The margarita was horrible. But within a few hours of leaving, both of us got very sick. Once again, we are disappointed and will now never go back. Avoid this place. It ONLY gets two stars because our server was awesome.

Deonna was absolutely amazing! From the moment I sat down, she was so sweet, patient, and welcoming, and it truly made My experience at Chili’s even better. She checked on Me often, made sure everything was perfect, and had such a genuine, positive attitude the entire time. You can tell she really cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm energy did not go unnoticed at all. She turned a regular meal into a really pleasant and enjoyable experience. Chili’s is lucky to have her, and I truly appreciate the great service she provided.

I had been really wanting to try the mozzeralla sticks soon a whim my kids and I went today. The mozzeralla was amazing! We got the original because my kids (age 8 and 10) don’t like spicy things! Highly recommend it!
I got the triple dipper for with the big mouth bites, honey chipotle chicken crispers and the southwest egg rolls. The chicken crispers were so delicious. Crispy and saucy! The big mouth bites were underwhelming. There wasn’t anything special about them. The egg rolls were okay but not as yummy and I remember them being years ago. My kids got the Mac and cheese with fries and the cheese pizza. The pizza didn’t have much cheese on it at all. He said it was okay but not the best. The fries and Mac and cheese were good they said. The mozzeralla sticks was the winner for me today!

Dee is absolute treasure! She is truly one of the best servers we have had in a very long time, at ANY restaurant. My husband I came to chilis the Thursday night before valentines and she took amazing care of us. She has such an amazing personality. I will definitely be back to see her. She also did a great job handling multiple tables and a large party

We went there on New Years day and got seated right away. Our server, Johnathan, was very attentive and professional. A good server always sets a tone for a restaurant for me and I was feeling great after meeting Johnathan.
Food was delicious. I got ribs and they are always some of the best ribs ever. Sure there are bbq joints that serve ribs, but Chili’s is my go to place for ribs in Columbus because they are always hot and just fall off the bone delicious.
I have stopped going to other restaurants down here because of bad service/food, but Chili’s is one I keep coming back to over and over again.

Stopped in for an early dinner on a week day. No wait and all the staff were super nice. The triple dipper, while a little expensive, was great. I would skip the sliders next time for another option.
