This has to be my best ever Chili’s experience. I have been to many Chili’s, but this one experience was unlike any other. My server Tyler might just be the best customer service experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. He was quick to come and introduce himself and had a very up beat positive attitude even being close to the end of his shift. He was attentive and came back even after I had paid the tab and brought myself and my guest extra chips and salsa as well as checked if we needed water refills or anything else. Just WOW!
The food was also better than my usual experience. I tend to order the same thing a lot more recently as I’ve had much of their menu over the years and have my favorites. This time being the Ultimate Cajun pasta. It came with a lot of meat and more sauce than in my previous experiences at any other location I’ve been to. The chips also came out nice and warm and the salsa was perfect temperature.
My drink as well as my guest’s drinks were very good and if you like fruity drinks the Tito’s punch is definitely worth a shot as well as the Radical-Rita if it is still available at their location.
Overall this was a great experience and I don’t known it was just because my server that I got such good service or because it’s a highly busy location surrounded by hotels, but give this location a try if you are in the area!

Came in over the weekend with my family. Our waitress Heather was the absolute best! She was very attentive and personable and just made us feel like we were family. Not to mention yall were rather busy at the time we were there but she never missed a beat and kept a very happy and bubbly spirit about her! My kids absolutely loved her as well. And the food was perfect as well. We will definitely be coming back soon.

The only reason I’m giving it three stars instead of two is because the hosts and our server were angels. The lady that served us was quick, polite and helpful. The sauced mozzarella sticks absolutely were amazing and I will be coming back for more iconic cheese pulls. HOWEVER…. I am becoming increasingly irritable at the fact that every time I go to Chili’s my steak is overcooked. I CANNOT chew overcooked steak well enough. It hurts my mouth. I explicitly ask for rare every time and without fail I get medium. It’s gotten to the point I don’t want to order steak here anymore and I’m just sad because I never used to have this problem. My mom and I always ordered rare steaks and they were perfectly cooked. Chili’s has been a family favorite for the last 15 years or so. I’m disappointed that for whatever reason as the years have gone by, a rare steak is just apparently illegal and immoral. It’s quite depressing. I need my steak to still be mooing on my plate.

we walked in as a party of 30 and was served by the BEST waitress named Leigha! We had a crazy bunch of kids and were all split checks and she took excellent care of us. The food was great and the service even better! Thank you Leigha!!!! She really cared and never got mad when we asked for so much! Best service I’ve had in YEARS

Seated quickly for how crowded it was. Bathrooms were disgusting and I didn’t even feel comfortable using them. Food was average but felt got a bang for your buck. Steak was awful and so the Mac n cheese. Corn was delicious! The drinks were on point. Manager and stopped and gave my son croutons because he was stealing mine off my salad. I appreciate the extra effort. Server was terrible and had a little bit of an attitude. Had to ask plates to be removed, after being stacked next to me. Overall, just average.

What an amazing dinner! We were blessed with Macy as our server. FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! The food was amazing and well worth the $. Macy was super polite and respectful and made sure all 4 of us at the table felt like we mattered! I 100% appreciate how we were treated as well as the quality food served! A+++ visit. Thank you!

This was the driest and oldest hamburger I have ever received from a restaurant. I walked in and ordered at the to go counter. The service was slow and not inviting. I didn’t check the order until I arrived back at my hotel, but after a few bits, the sandwich was getting worse. After examining it, you could see that it was not fresh, probably a day old at least. The cheese was breaking up.

I will never ever return to this salt factory, I mean chilis!! The service was incredibly slow and they were super slow. Then I get my food after 30 min waiting for some big mouth bites, I get a plate full of under cooked food with what looked and tasted like they dumped the entire salt shaker on my food. Told the manager about it and offered me something else but I didn’t have time, I was headed to work in 30 min. Highly disappointed in this chilis!! And yall gotta lower the prices!! $20 for big mouth bites is ridiculous!! Don’t stop here just keep on truckin!! Do better chilis!!

Table servers need to have knowledge of the beers being served at the restaurant. Our server had no idea what seasonal beer was being served, nor what local craft beers were available. Even after asking the bar, she could not provide any details about what kind of beer they were serving from Sweetwater Brewing.
