Okay ABSOLUTELY YES!!!! I’m not sure what I was expecting but they completely surprised me. I absolutely love 12 cuts. I took my sister here for her birthday and it was amazing. All of the meats in the 12 cuts lineup was seasoned and cooked to PERFECTION!!! They servers were so attentive and didn’t miss a beat. I can’t wait to return I’ll be telling all my friends and family to visit it was definitely a great experience. Even the ambiance of the place with lower lighting just makes it so cozy and inviting.

We love Brazilian steakhouse! This one was very, very good. The atmosphere was bery nice. The place look amazing. The bathroom were clean. The host and rest of the stuff was very hospitable welcome and professional. Of the servers remember how we like our meat temperature and the food itself was exceptional. I really like their salad bar and the chimichurri was good as well. Maybe just a little bit too much garlic. There was one thing that we didn’t like. The wait staff was too good at their job. Our water, our Brazilian lemonade glasses stay full all the time but there was like too much movement around the table when three out of are four diners were done eating. They rushed the 4th one a little bit and clear the table before she was done eating. I think somebody was just overtrained and it was not because they were trying to make us leave. Otherwise definitely recommended and I will be back.

Me and my sisters went on saturday night for my sister’s birthday celebration. I made a reservation through opentable and we were immediately seated when we came in. The salad bar options weren’t that great but the meats were amazing. We had a waiter Alex and he was attentive to our needs. The meats came around fast and we were able to request a meat if we were looking for something in particular. I had a happy day drink that was strong. Would definitely recommend and will be back. Spent a total of 80-100 including tip.

I have tried about 3 establishments with this concept. I rated this place 4 stars because it is my second favorite of the 3. The service was satisfactory. The meat options were good and plentiful. I do feel it could have been seasoned it bit more. The tenderness was there for most of the cuts. The salad bar was the best part. Although the options were not as vast as my #1 choice, The options were all fresh and beautifully displayed. This place is worth a try.

A truly spectacular experience for my son’s 17th birthday celebration at this restaurant. We had three generations of family for this fantastic meal. The food was incredibly good, but what really raised the bar was the amazing service extended to us from our server, the awesome folks serving the meat, the attentive hostess, and the owner himself who stopped by several times to check in with our table to ensure the experience was five star. I cannot recommend this place enough, and we will absolutely be back. Some of our favorites included the plantains, the spicy sirloin, the ribeye, the fried cheese with honey, and the awesome espresso martinis. Come for the Brazilian steakhouse, stay for the awesome experience.

My son treated me here on his birthday. The plates are probably 40$ or 50$ but it’s all you can eat. The steaks come fresh off the grill on skewers, a variety, the servers are nice and attentive, the salad bar is bountiful and delicious it’s definitely worth it, definitely for the men in your life, I could not eat all of that meat but I tried. Highly recommend it.

First impressions were great! The atmosphere is very classy and the servers were more than amazing! The salad bar was great and so were the sides provided at the table. My biggest disappointment was the meat itself. It looked amazing and was cooked correctly, but the taste was very lacking. It was completely bland! There was no taste to it. Every bite I expected flavor and it just was not there. High note, the Lamb was the only thing that was very tasty, no complaints with that dish! Every other cut left more to be desired. Don’t know if it was just my experience today, but at $60ish a person, it should have been a lot better. Exemplary service though, could not have been happier with our excellent servers.

I don’t always write reviews but I simply had to after my experience at 12 cuts last night. The service was spectacular, everyone was so welcoming and helpful, and catered to our every needs. I especially want to point out Brooke and Edgard whom both helped serve us. We arrived a little after 9 pm and the entire staff displayed such good energy and although the food was great, I would come back solely for the hospitality. I wish other steakhouses would focus on service as much!

We had an incredible experience at 12 Cuts Brazilian Steakhouse in Dallas, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server, Andres. We were there celebrating my father’s 66th birthday, and Andres made the night extra special.
He was attentive, funny, professional, and incredibly personable the entire evening. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does and takes pride in providing great service.
What really stood out was how thoughtful he was with my six-year-old daughter. She had mentioned she wanted chicken, and without us even asking, Andres brought her some. On top of that, he surprised her with a slice of chocolate cake, even though the birthday dessert we ordered for my dad was tres leches. That small gesture meant a lot and made her night.
Service like that is rare. Andres went above and beyond to make sure everyone at the table was taken care of and having a great time.
When we come back to 12 Cuts, we will definitely be requesting Andres again. Highly recommend!

Came here on 2/13 around 8:30 PM to celebrate Valentine’s Day after reading good reviews. Overall, the experience was decent, but the service was disappointing.
Our server (guy with a neck tattoo) didn’t introduce himself and never checked on us once during the whole dining time. Every table around us was being taken care of except ours. We had to order drinks and even get our check through the busser. For an AYCE spot that’s priced higher than other Brazilian steakhouses around, the service definitely didn’t match the price.
However, I still left 20% because I work in the food industry and the busser and meat cutter did their part so I didn’t want to punish them in case tips are pooled.
Food-wise, the salad bar was decent, sides were great (better than Fogo), and the Brazilian lemonade was really good. The meats were good too. I especially liked the lamb, but I do wish they had more meat options for the price.
I also wish the lighting was dimmer to create more of a dinner atmosphere. Most people come to steakhouse like this to celebrate special occasions or so, so a more intimate vibe would’ve made the experience better.
Good food overall, but service needs improvement, especially for a special occasion.
