First time here. Terrific experience. No wait for booth, service was well paced, and food was on point. We had triple dip appetizer, bunless bacon burger with salad and asparagus (keto diner), smashed burger/fries, chicken strips/fries. All was quite good and prepared as requested. Will definitely be back!!!

We had a great waitress her name was Moon! She recommended some very good drinks and food, she has a beautiful personality. I had such a great experience at Chili’s! The food was absolutely amazing everything came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. On top of that, the customer service was a true 10 out of 10. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt welcome the entire time. I’ll definitely be back soon and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and an even better atmosphere!

Our waitress could not care less about customer service. We had to go find her several times bc once she took our order, she was scarce. Others brought the food out. I waited forever for sweetener for my tea and my grandchild couldn’t eat her.applesauce bc of.no.spoon, until I went to the bar to find our waitress. She acted annoyed that I approached her. When it was time to.pay the bill, she hovered over my daughter’s shoulder to see the tip amount. My daughter told her ill figure out the tip then let you know. She got upset and suddenly a 400 dollar tab appeared. It was the table next to us that was a huge family. She ruined the whole experience.we love chili’s but did not.appreciate this lack of attention and outright snide comments when we wanted a minute to add a tip without her pressuring us.

My visit to Chilis in Thomaston, Georgia on July 4th, 2024, started out well. Despite having at least 5 tables to manage by herself, our server was attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. I ordered my usual 4-count Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers, and while I didn’t finish them all while dining, I did take some leftovers home. However, when I ate my leftovers later that next day on July 5th, 2024, I bit into what appeared to be a glove or some sort of plastic inside of one of the tenders. This was truly disgusting and left a sour taste in my mouth.
