We visited on Saturday. Just a five minute wait. I tried something different, Brisket Quesadillas! I thought the were awesome. Loved the fries, also! The Salsa is good, not overpowering with cilantro. My main complaint is, we spend $60, and get ToGo drinks so small it would barely be considered a kids cup!

We came in at a busy time , our server must have been in the weeds because she barely came to our table . I ordered a burger with broccoli instead of fries which was dropped off by someone else . Which is ok , but she walked by our table several times without a check back . Plus we ordered bottomless chips and salsa which she did not offer to refill when she did come by the ONE time . She didn’t do a check back about food and my broccoli was cold when I got it . When she did come by it was about our check which I informed her my broccoli was cold when I got it . Her response was ” do you want the manager?’ I said no it’s ok , but she did inform him . He did come by and informed me he knew my side was cold and was going to bring me a new one and offered free dessert. This is the best restaurant manager I have ever come across, not only did he make it right he also gave us desert . I hope he never leaves because he is a great representation of what true customer service is about ! We will be back ! Thank you to the manager !

pick up, sent husband to get my food and it was nothing like what i had experienced at other locations. The food looked so sad, the chipotle crispers looked like chicken nuggets. The buffalo boneless wings had no sauce. I guess takeout doesn’t fall under the same expectations.

love coming here. ik chilis is a chain but this place specifically has AMAZING service. everytime i come here the waiters/waitresses really care about us and talk to us like they want to be there. even on busy days food comes out fast and servers are still amazing. this made me love chilis forever.

Stopped by chilis for dinner. Definitely, after being advertised so much, we decided to order the triple dipper. Pictured is the southwest egg rolls, which are my absolute favorite. They’re stuffed with black beans and corn mixed with a creamy southwest sauce inside. The big mouth bites have sautéed bits of onion with cheese and grilled to perfection. I had my chicken crispers tossed in buffalo sauce. Their ranch is the best. It more on the thinner side, but its house made, so you can’t go wrong. We always order the skillet queso for an appitizer. It comes with their chips and salsa as well. The salsa isn’t spicy and on the thinner side, but it has great flavor. Their tortilla chips are thin and crispy. These chips are my personal favorite out of all restaurants. They now have an option of ordering four, five, or six chicken crisper with your choice of sauce and a side of mac and cheese. We tried the Nashville hot flavor. It was favorable and had a nice kick. I love spicy, so for me, it wasn’t spicy enough. Still a great choice. The mac and cheese was super creamy. My daughter ordered mac and cheese (kraft) and corn on the cob. She loves their corn. Super juicy. We came in on a Friday night around 630 and maybe waited about 30 minutes. The service was prompt. Our server was super friendly and attentive. Everything was delicious. We will definitely be back!

We waited for a while at our table before being helped, but once she came to the table she was very friendly and helpful. The potato soup had potatoes that were little undercooked in it, but the taste was good. The shrimp pasta wasn’t very good, my daughter ended up leaving 90% of it on her plate.

Everything was great except my food. I only come to Chili’s for one reason…..Quesadilla Explosion Salad! I’ve been eating it for, seriously, 15 or more years. Tonight I had the smallest, rinky dinky, crazy tiny version of this. The staff was great and everything else was up to par. I just can’t believe the quality of the food I got.
