It took them about 1 hour to get us seated. But other then that, the food was AMAZING!!!!! I got the triple dipper as always. Would highly recommend not coming on the weekend

Staff can often make or break a dining experience, and on this day our server made an exceptional effort to create the best experience.
Food was hot and quickly delivered and our waitress (sorry didn’t get her name) made every extra effort to be accommodating.

Was there last night around 10:30 on 2/22. Food was great and not too expensive, our waitress was a very sweet, fast, and attentive blond woman who was perfectly awesome.
There was a couple things WRONG with my experience though…the walls of the table I was sitting at were very dirty with food and gross spots making it unappetizing to eat and it made me scared to even touch them. Another BAD thing was as we were eating, my mom’s friend sitting across from us spotted a ROACH behind me and my mom. My mom killed it with napkin & we didn’t say anything to the waitress because it was so late and i knew i could just write a review. This made me uncomfortable, itchy, and almost too grossed out to eat the rest of my food.
This could be something that came from a customer idk, but chilis needs PEST CONTROL to stop by soon. Also please spend a day to CLEAN UP those up-close seating areas because the nasty mess is very visible right there.
I love chilis and i only write so that they can fix their mistakes & have knowledge of something they didn’t know before.
Pls do better so i can come back

THE BEST CHILLI’S I’VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!!! If you are ever in Rome, Georgia, I highly recommend you stop in for dinner. The service was THE BEST. Our server was THE BEST. The food was delicious, hot, seasoned, and cooked to order. Everything we ordered came out. Drinks stayed full. The server was on top of EVERYTHING. I gave her $25 extra on top of a good tip from my husband. Great restaurant.

Ordered to go not long ago. 2 separate surf and turf entrees. The first one came with no shrimp at all. And the second only came with the shrimp that was an added charge. Other than that. The food was delicious. But I was charged extra for things I did not receive.

Our server was great, the rest of the staff ranked the review. Ordered steak, cooked medium, first steak came well done. Asked for a new steak, and the manager came to our table saying the first steak was the “Best medium [he’d] seen”. Second steak came and it was well done than medium well, but far from medium. The issue is the manager was condescending to me, my wife and daughter.

It has been years since I have eaten at Chili’s Grill and Bar. After Mountain Day activities at Berry College, my husband and I decided to eat here. We were greeted and seated within minutes after arrival. Our server, Alyssa, arrived at our table immediately with a beautiful smile, cordial introduction, a pleasant and professional attitude. She started with our drinks which were delivered quickly by a team member. Alyssa then discussed the menu with us and kindly answered all of our questions regarding entrees. After taking and placing our order, Alyssa continued to monitor our table and check on us while attending to a large party and two other guest tables. Our food was delivered timely and hot. And it was delicious! Alyssa followed up with us throughout our dinner time and kept our cups filled. For her to equally, effectively, and simultaneously divide her time and attention amongst every table she served was amazing.
Alyssa made our dining experience exceptional! The quality of customer service, menu knowledge, and professionalism that she delivered was impeccable. Alyssa is by far one of the best servers I’ve ever had and definitely one of the sweetest. Alyssa’s passion for serving others separates her from the norm.
