Makayla was Amazing! We were celebrating me and my son’s birthday as well as him being accepted into a magnet program. Makayla cheered for us as well as was very attentive to our dining needs. I would go back just because of her.

Haven’t been here in years. Only came here to pass some time. Sat at the bar. Didn’t eat just got a drink. I had their margarita of the month which was the strawberry and ordered a water. Good price but it was not good. Taste like a bunch of juice and sugar. They have added some new things to their menu but nothing look enticing enough for me to order the food. Took a long time for the water. Bartender was nice but this restaurant just isn’t a place I like to go. I won’t be back.

Burger bun, lettuce and ketchup was missing from my Burger meal. All I received in my tray when I got home was a plain burger with a slice of cheese with fries. I had repeated what I wanted twice. The order taker even repeated it back to me. So there shouldn’t have been an error. Secondly, I ordered a Ribeye meal well. My husband was not happy his meal and left half of the the Ribeye untouched. He said that it was terrible and too rare to eat. Thirdly, I had left the order taker a tip for $13.00. Usually if I eat in, I will tip $20 if the service is good. I feel that I wasted good money on a meal and service that were not worth what I spent. I was highly disapponted AGAIN. Its a shame. Years ago, Chili’s was the place to go for great food and service. Theres no attention to detail anymore, or they just dont care.

Overall a good place to eat. The food is great, but the only downside was getting a table. I had to wait up too 45 minutes for a table even though they said it will only take 15 too 20 minutes.

Worst service we’ve ever received. My husband and I out for a date night, there was nobody at the front so we had to wait like 5 minutes for someone to realize we were there and get us seated. We ordered the triple dipper, it was full of grease and drowning in sauce, didn’t even taste good, asked for dishes and napkins and nobody bothered to bring them to us, we asked multiple times and they would just walk by, they charged us for a Diet Coke refill, the kiosk to pay didn’t work and NOBODY showed up for 25 minutes to help us pay. Never coming back here.

It was a great experience for a Monday afternoon. No pics as I was with 2 friends who did not want to be in pictures, but I assure you that it was a good time and the lunch special was great. By the way my server was from Boston and she is great!

Always enjoy my Baby back Baby back baby back. Didn’t have them this last visit though. The food & drinks were great as always(see pics). The downside to this visit almost made me rate it a 2-3 ⭐. But thanks to our waitress & MOD who was working the kitchen and the door & tables so diligently to deliver the best experience possible under the circumstances. Which was the severely short handed staffing. Lastly I had a coupon for $10 off of any $30 purchase. Which my bill was well over but the system from corporate wouldn’t accept. It took almost 20 additional minutes for us to get a correct bill and it still wasn’t correct. With all that said I’d return again. Corporate needs to do better. The workers were definitely doing everything they could under the circumstances.
