Great experience at this location! The loaded nachos were fresh and cheesy with plenty of toppings and perfect for sharing. The crispy chicken tenders were super juicy with a nice crunch, and the fries and sautéed mushrooms made it a really filling meal. The chicken quesadillas were also tasty, cheesy, and well grilled.
Portions were generous, food came out hot, and the overall vibe was relaxed and family-friendly. Definitely a great spot for comfort food. Will be back!

Started off good, until after the appetizers , people were missing food, drinks were bland. but the two people in front of us in the picture never got their food and it had been an hour and 25 minutes. Now they’re getting their food to go. Just pay attention to detail if you come to this location. They did eventually make it right. Just saying

Our server Dom was EVERYTHING!!! Totally amazing . He provided the level of customer service every patron hopes for. The steak omg my steak was seasoned to perfection. Had so much flavor lord have mercy. Normally I don’t order steak but wanted something different. So glad I went with the first instinct. Everything was hot and fresh. We got full fast. Highly recommend this location.

We ate here Black Friday. Ordered Queso to the table and it was cold, barely even “warm”. Asked for it to be taken back and it was brought back warm, it still wasn’t hot but we were hungry so didn’t send it back again.
Ordered the Tripple Dipper. The order was almost completely wrong, and we didn’t even get chicken crispers. The server offered to bring three, so we agreed and then we were charged $11 for them (I did not notice until I got the receipt email)
I ordered the classic fajita trio with a side of fries. The fries were barely warm. The table next to our got fajitas and it was sizzling and hot. Mine arrived with no sizzle and it was warm not hot.
At this point I was so hungry I just ate the food, paid and left and was like I will just contact customer support because the store was closing in 5 min and I didn’t want to be there anymore.
I went to the website and explained what happened and how were overcharged $11 on top of everything (that is when I looked at the receipt and saw it).
Customer service sent me a $15 gift certificate and said I should have said something to the manger while I was there. So, I basically got $4 and a “sorry” after the worst Chilies experience I have ever had.
This used to be my favorite chain place to eat but WOW! What a way to be treated.

Overall service was okay. The cleanliness could definite use some improvements. Table, seat, the tablet (sticky), and floor were all not very clean. Food overall tasted good, and the portions were pretty generous. We tried to self-pay on the tablet on the table (for some reason, they all faced outward, probably after cleaning the staff didn’t bother to turn them back to facing inward/table) but ran into an issue so we had to get our server to add the bill to the tablet so we could complete the self-pay. Using gift cards was not an issue, very easy to apply.
Overall, we had good experience and will return in the future.

Food was delicious, I had the spicy shrimp tacos. The rice was alright but the beans and tacos were amazing. It wasn’t really spicy but still really good. My partner had the shrimp and rice bowl I think and he said it was good too. We also ordered some southwestern rolls which are always delicious. One of my favorites. Our waiter was awesome, attentive and kind! Will be coming back soon!

There was a time where Chili’s food sucked but lately, the Chili’s at North Point food is Good! I love their South Western Salad and the Sliders. The food was good and so was the service.

I visit this Chili’s pretty often and the to go pickup desk is the most rudest, not helpful, angry folks that I have ever met. Chili’s please place a calm, helpful and accommodating person at the checkout counter. I will say the food is always fresh and tasty, but the staff is unbelievable.
