We haven’t been to a Chili’s in a while, but I’m so glad we decided to stop in! We were seated immediately with no wait, and the whole place—from the restrooms to the dining area was clean and well taken care of. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and on point. The manager even came by to welcome us and make sure we had everything we needed, which was a really nice touch. Our server Rania was so sweet!
Now the food… listen, those Nashville Hot Wings were unreal! Perfect spice, perfect crunch. Everything we ordered food, drinks, and dessert was absolutely delicious. We’ll 100% be back!

I had given up on eating here ever again but decided to give them another shot. The service was great and food was even better. I am a fan again. I’ve missed my ‘baby back ribs’! The manager was very engaging and the cook staff even came out to check on us. Great job!

Had a great experience on a Thursday night! Not too busy and seated immediately. Server was super sweet and brought drinks quickly. We ordered the Famous Triple Dipper, Marg of the Month, and the Lava cake, all which did not disappoint.
Server continued to check on us frequently. Manager brought out dessert and even played a little trick on us by “walking by” with our food. He chatted up with us for a bit, and seems to truly care about the customers!
We hope to become regulars!

Kendal was our server. He was a very polite and pleasant young man. After being seated he came up promptly to take our drink orders. He returned quickly. We are regulars at this location, so it didn’t take long to decide on our food. This young man was very pleasant and really did a super job! While waiting for our orders he checked back with us making sure we didn’t need anything. He delivered our meal politely and efficiently. He was super, stayed on top of everything, making sure we were well taken care of and had everything we may have needed. It was very refreshing and was totally happy with our food and service!!
He is the second server we have had that was super. Evelyn Brown was our other server we loved. Unfortunately for us she moved and is pursuing her nursing degree. We understood and are proud of her.
Ray Hawks is a manager at this location, who really does a great job handling her servers and her guests. Any problems, if any, are quickly handled. She’s always pleasant and checks in with customers to make sure they’re happy. She really is a great manager. We are regulars and can always tell when she is working, the restaurant really runs better and more efficiently when she’s is on duty!!

By far the worst food I’ve had in my life. The steak was microwaved- grey and fatty on the bottom. Mashed potatoes were terrible. Tasted burnt. Broccoli was brown. Lettuce on my salad was brown. There was a cockroach crawling on the wall after we had already ate. My husbands tortillas weren’t even foldable. Waitress had a bad attitude.

I nocked off one star because the men’s bathroom was stinking and dirty! Service was helpful and very nice. Manager came around and asked.. Waitress was also very nice.. Food was fresh and cooked perfectly. It’s a little pricy… with tip over $70+ for two people and no alcohol.
