This was hands down the worst dining experience we’ve ever had.
We walked in and the place was dead. The hostess asked if we were picking up an order. When we said no, she told us to “find a spot on that side” and walked away. No greeting, no server — nothing.
We sat there with zero employees on the floor. Eventually someone dropped menus and took drink orders. We ordered the ultimate appetizer, then waited 30 minutes while dirty tables sat untouched and not a single employee was visible. No check-ins. No apology.
When the appetizer finally arrived, it was cold and undercooked. Fried pickles and pretzels should be impossible to mess up — yet here we are. After that? No staff again.
Twenty more minutes pass before our food arrives. My husband takes one bite and it’s RAW. Completely undercooked. That was it — we were done.
We showed the manager the food. He offered to remake it, but we just wanted to leave. He said, “I’ll take care of it,” and walked away. Then we sat there another five minutes waiting for a check that never came.
I finally had to hunt him down just to ask what we owed so we could leave. He said nothing. My husband still left $5 out of principle.
Total lack of service. Unsafe food. Zero accountability. We will never return.

Buffalo Wild Wings is the ultimate spot for wings and game night vibes! The wing flavours are unreal — heaps of options whether you like them mild or seriously spicy — and they’re always cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is loud and fun with sport playing everywhere, and the staff keep everything moving quickly even when it’s busy. Such a solid place to hang with mates and smash some great food. Definitely a go-to!

Our group enjoyed the food but not the service. Although the restaurant was fairly busy, our server had plenty of time to have an attitude. Eye-rolling while taking our food order. Eye-rolling when we let her know that we were missing a drink. Took her10-15 mins for her to bring it, we had to remind her twice. When we asked for sweetener for the teas, we received a forced toothy smile and a promise to bring some right away. It never arrived.
Fortunately, the waitress was in a halfway good mood when the food was ready and brought it out within a reasonable amount of time. Yet again, she had an attitude when someone told her that an item was missing.
It was sad that the service at BWW was lacking this much and it is something I will not soon forget. I do not recommend a visit there. I sympathize for any diligent and courteous employees who have to work with a rude, immature personality like that. I’ve not had very many bad experiences anywhere I dine but this place was the cream of a bad crop!
Other: the place was fairly busy while some employees stood around not doing anything. They might have thought to assist the servers but that didn’t happen. Did this place have a manager on-site, I don’t know. It was a ridiculous wait time just to get our bills/tickets. That alone took half an hour.
I also noticed that the kitchen staff wouldn’t even come out to greet a customer who had a pickup order. He had a long wait for his food.
BWW, at least your honey bbq chicken salad was good. It’s just not worth the rudeness of your employee and the apparent long wait for pickup. Also, is there a manager on-staff? You might consider hospitality training.

We went there on 30 December 2025 at 9 PM at night. They had karaoke going so we asked if we could please sit the farthest away from the karaoke as possible because it was super loud.. It was louder than it needed to be. So the waitress sits us right behind, just one table away from the karaoke singer. I look across the room at all the empty tables and I say can we please sit over there? She goes to get a manager and an assistant manager and all three of them stand there looking at us talking for about 15 minutes Amongst themselves. I mean, I don’t know what kind of customer service they think they’re doing, but it was absolutely none.. They couldn’t decide whether we could sit at an empty table or not, then finally the manager comes over and says we are downsizing for the night because when we close we’d like to have everybody seated together For easy cleanup . So I took them 15 minutes to come up with that stupid statement to us. Then they still stared at us and I said well I would really like to sit farther away from karaoke cause it’s super loud and we’re just came in here to get some wings and enjoy an evening. Again, they just stared at us so I said never mind. We’ll go somewhere else Andandbwe ended up going to BJ’s. Had a great meal and great customer service.

Shout out to the manager for taking care of business. I originally was very upset with our waitress as she did not even offer us water. However, the manager was aware of our frustration came and apologized. Took care of our drinks and quickly got me a new waitress do wanna mention the guy is doing a good job 7 pm shift

So I didn’t want to make a review on this place since I come here at least twice a month but something needs to be done about the accuracy here, 9/10 my order is missing something or I got the wrong item. From giving me the cookie with no ice cream? To giving me ranch instead of bleu cheese to straight up forgetting half of my order. I always call them to try and get a fix which they promise to do and I receive nothing. My next complaint is to corporate.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. They need to fire the person who thought it was okay to give these wings to their customers. Michael the manager didn’t have much to say about it, almost as if he expected or is expecting calls like mine. He apologized, which is great, but what an inconvenience this employee caused. We choose take out tonight which my husband and I were both excited about, only because we haven’t had take out for awhile, and this is what we get. I regret choosing BWW over WingStop. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND GO TO WINGSTOP!!! At least you’ll get FRESH food and it’s DELICIOUS! BWW‘s standards have gone way down, it’s embarrassing.

It was an exciting experience visiting Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time! I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the cauliflower dish; its flavor and texture reminded me of the beloved gobi Manchurian from Indian cuisine. Dining with a group enhanced the experience, as everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals, adding to the overall positive atmosphere. Additionally, our server provided excellent service, contributing to the overall enjoyment of the visit. It was a memorable dining experience that left a positive impression, and I look forward to returning in the future.
